We dined in today for lunch. The young man that rang up our order was very helpful and friendly. We ordered a you pick two and had the Asian chicken salad and we did not realize it had dark meat chicken and we were not a fan of the dressing. I asked if we could just replace the salad with broccolis cheddar soup and the manager Chris went and dished out the soup for me right away so I didn't have to wait. Great customer service all around!

It is a good place to get food and there is plenty of seating and the atmosphere is great too

panera is the “bomb.com” as some may say, but this man in particular THROUGHOUGLY enjoyed his meal. He ordered not one, but two full mac and cheese sandwiches and finished them both to completion. The staff was lowkey rude at times, and it was weird that their straws weren’t wrapped but in general, a 7.5

I go there quite often and the food is good and the coffee hot. I have the sip club which is great deal. The Staff are wonderful and the place is very very clean at all times

UPDATED Apr 3, 2022 The food was good. The restaurant was clean. The restroom was clean. The attention to detail was lacking. There was no bacon on our Turkey BLT, they forgot to give us a bagel that was on our order, and they didn't ask what bread we wanted and we didn't realize it until they served us chips instead. Overall we enjoyed our meal and our experience at Panera. I would likely recommend this restaurant to a friend. UPDATED. I had the Turkey & Bacon Bravado and the Creamy Chicken & Rice Bread bowl. COMFORT FOOD! Loved them. I would recommend this restaurant to a friend.

We had some time to kill and most of the breakfast joints in Mashpee Commons were pretty packed and noisy. Panera had plenty of seating and no one in line. We got two lattes and split a chocolate croissant. We also got a package of chocolate chip cookies that were pretty pricey but absolutely delicious! The service was a little slow but we understand that is hard to get enough staffing these days. The ladies who waited on us were very nice. They have some outdoor seating available also.

Always a great place to have a bite and relax. The food is awesome and love to have the soup and sandwich on a cold day. Of course its a great bakery to with breads, danishes, and desserts. We like to pickup one of their quality breads for special occasions.

Typical Panera. Got mac and cheese plus a fruit plate for our kids. Great place to sit outside as long as you dont mind a lot of pedestrian traffic near you. Overall would recommend for a quick bite and eat outside if the weather is nice. Inside was clean and modern.
