NO MASKS BY ANY EMPLOYEES day or night for at least 2weeks now. The sign on the front door requires people to be masked.. Store gets a 5 on supplies, a 3 on cleanliness, but a ZERO STARS on courtesy for the health of its customers. It upsets me because I have always come to this store and like several employees.

Terrible customer service the guy put my gas on the wrong pump and when I told him he suggested that I was lying and didn’t want to refund me very rude I will never spend my money here again

We pull in to put some gas and buy some drinks. We go inside I asked for the restroom and immediately he said that it was not in service! When literally a guy just came out the restroom in my presence. The old men cashier has no customer service or people skills! He should not be in that position at all. We turned around and left. Seriously the manager or owner should be look into and training more his employees with customer service skill. I definitely do not recommend this place at all.... Worse customer service ever!!!

I do not expect 7-11’s to be top notch clean, but this location is just filthy. It’s very clear employees don’t even bother to mop at least once a week. It’s been accumulating for months.

someone there has charged our ATM card for $99.08 on March,5th 2021.we have never been in that store ever, and if the owner is reading this need to investigate since we already reported this to our bank, and we will persu legal action if the we do not hear from the owner.
