Taco Bell

yo so i was staying at the hotel across the street. i decided to roll over there while i roll up if you know what i mean. before i can even begin to roll. they had my food out the window. at midnight and the freaking gangster who took my order had some good customer service and a freaking smile…. at midnight while working taco bell. 10/10 give that man a raise.

I ordered in advance through mobile. This saves no time because they prepare your mobile order on arrival. So the mobile order is just prepayment and no convenience or time savings for me. I watched the drive thru clear out and other customers get served ahead of me even though they arrived after me, while I wait for an order that other restaurants would have had prepared on or near arrival. What on earth are they doing to my food that a customer ahead of me is almost done eating and I am still waiting? The cashier clearly knew some of the customers that came in after me and she made sure her friends got served very promptly. After going back to the counter I was ignored by the same cashier and nobody would answer the phone. The service I received was awful. It was so frustrating after about 30 minutes we canceled our order and left. After numerous calls I later spoke with an employee who claimed to be a manager. He was rude, combative, was trying to talk over me at one point and made a lot of excuses for the lack of service. I had no idea doing a mobile order through this tacobell would be so frustrating. Poor customer service and even worse management.

Why are there menu items on their website but not at the actual place? Drove all the way over there after looking at their online menu to find out Cool-ranch taco: gone. Meximelt: gone. Cheesy gordita crunch: gone. Idk why I even came here. Everyone knows taco bell is horrible. Haven't been to a taco bell in a long time now I remember why. It's just all around horrible. This will be my last time going to any taco bell.
