Most recently they forgot to give me two out of four sandwiches I ordered through the drive-thru. Didn't realize it until I got home, and when I call to complain no one answers. $27 is a lot to pay for two combo meals and two sliders anyway, so not getting everything I ordered is frustrating.

Ordered through doordash and I know that it wasn’t the door dashers fault but it was Arbys . we had a decently big order but it wasn’t complicated at all. They forgot our apple turn over that we paid for and literally everything we ordered was cold and stale and it was either hard or rubbery and it wasn’t from the drive either. I then called them and they proceeded to tell me they can’t refund me since it’s through door dash but said we could get a refund though them, so we gave that a shot and only got 15$ out of the 50$ fricking dollars we spend on them! It isn’t door dashes problem that the food was awful so why should they refund us? I’m never eating here again.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the food came quickly, they customized our order exactly the way we wanted.

Poor service, waited half an hour for my food. Food was not kept warm while they finished up the order. (Bags were open sitting on the counter by the registers.) Didn't get any napkins or sauces that were asked for. The food order was correct.

When my mothers order was wrong. The women at the desk acted like it was my mothers fault. even though me a my brother herd what she had ordered and was nothing like what she received.

I had a fine experience here. I came in, ordered, and quickly received my food. The employees were really kind amd respectable. My meal was thoroughly cooked. I plan on eating here again sometime. If you want FAST food, I recommend you come here.
