Taco Bell

The app never works. They only offer some items on the app and they will not honor the orders if the app crashes. The only single time I have ever successfully ordered from the app I got there and they told me they didn't have what I ordered but I did not get a refund. Basically their app is as good as their food.

An employee had two sons there where they are back in the kitchen working. The children were running in and out jumping up and down on a vehicle outside coming in touching everything screaming hollering knocking over and falling on the barstool. When I asked whose children they were the person in France said he did not know. So I replied then I need to call child protective service and immediately he went back and talked to possibly the parent. Came around and talk to the two boys they got free food and free soda. I do not believe those children need to be there as I end my grandson was trying to eat

Food prepared quickly, but appeared hastily put together by someone who hadn't folded a tortilla to make a burrito before. Very loosely rolled to where you could fold it in half along it's length quite easily. Also, I may have seen wrong, but it looked like the food costs more when you order at the kiosk than when you order at the counter. Overall, the food tasted great as expected

We frequently visit this Taco Bell. There’s a young woman, usually every time we go (not sure if she’s the manager or not) but she’s is the absolute best. Always very polite and friendly, our order is never wrong or messed up when she works. Food is always good. However unfortunately there has been 2 times we went and she (young woman mentioned above) was not there. Instead this older women/staff member was there, she is hateful and rude and gets very upset when you tell her the order is wrong or you’re missing food.
