Panera Bread

The order was done quickly. However when we got home, the grilled cheese I ordered was bread (not toasted) with burnt cheese on it. The salad we ordered had a single strip of chicken. When I called though this was the end of the night. I did not receive an answer. Since it was take out I couldn’t get it fixed. I was very disappointed.

Staff was very nice. The entrance to the store is a long walk to most available parking and there are cars often parked inappropriately in the "Curbside Pickup" lanes. Maybe a couple of the staff and very few guests are wearing masks, which isn't so hot for immuno-compromised people who'd might want to buy food or premium-priced coffee here (if not for the people who don't give a darn about anyone but themselves; pandemic isn't over, fools).

This location specifically, is very transphobic. Both the GM, Scott and DM, Steve still continually identify their employees by the wrong pronouns. Even after the employees’ efforts to correct and confront them, they have not changed their actions, nor done anything to implement change in the workplace. Do better.

Reasonably priced, healthy options Chili lime chicken salad. Arugula, crispy romaine, feta, avocado, corn, tortilla pieces.. Can't get much better for the price and quick service. Very fresh ingredients. Been coming here for years, always delicious comfort food for me without the guilt. Sourdough bread here is the best around. Lots of cold tea varieties that are refreshing, sweetened or unsweetened.

I picked up an order, opened at home and noticed a missing sandwich. Called and spoke with the manager, who said I could pick it up now and promised free pastries for my trouble. And of course the sandwich wasn't made to my customization and the employee knows nothing about free pastries. Thanks for making my bad day even worse 👎.

For the price of eating at Panera Bread I expect a decent meal. I had the Frontega Chicken Panini and it was eh. My chicken was pink and definitely undercooked. I’m also convinced they forgot the chipotle mayo on my panini. The only thing that saved this sandwich from being inedible was the basil. I also had the Bacon Mac & Cheese, which I will admit was delicious. The bacon was perfectly crisp, the cheese sauce was yummy, and the macaroni was cooked perfectly. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and I saw a trail of paper towels on the floor coming from the women’s bathroom. I love Panera Bread as a chain but this location was just okay.
