Sonic Drive-in

Everytime I go to this sonic I end up waiting for at least 30 minutes for my food. I was told that it was because of the jalapeno peppers that I ordered this time, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 30 minutes to deep fry some poppers. This happens "LITERALLY" every time I reluctantly choose this place to get my food and I feel as though I'm being targeted for some reason or another. I used to praise this location because the food tasted better, but apparently it all depends on if they recognize who you are or not...if you're an out of towner, do not eat here, go to Duncan!

Driving back from Lawton to OKC my family, and I stopped at this Sonic, big mistake. They totally messed up our order, the employees were very very rude. Had to wait on incomplete order, waited even longer for them to fix it. Place looked extremely filthy when looking thru window. There are better dining options for your hard earned money. I'll never go back

Online app did not work, but then took my money. So went to get what they charged me for. Tried to explain issue and was cut off and asked my name. Each time I tried to tell my name they talked over me asking my name. To make a long story short I asked for a refund and they canceled and refunded some one else's order. Then when I noticed the fact they did not refund me I went back and they had no idea they refunded wrong order and didn't know how to refund me. Lot more I could tell but nobody cares.
