This location doesn’t serve customers burgers after 6:30 when they close at 7.
Edit: In response to owner, this was not a supply chain issue in any way. Alej refused to serve the item because the store was set to close at 7pm (30 minutes after I arrived).

worst experience at burger king!!! As Alejandra was taking my order, she continued to eat a burger, with her mask off.. i asked her for ranch (I had ordered a 10 piece nugget and a large fry) and was told “no you have to pay” when it says you’re allowed 2 sauces for nuggets.. she had an extremely bad attitude & talked bad about a previous customer to me stating “she was disrespectful”... this overall experience was terrible. I got dirty looks, poor service, cold food, eye rolls... waste of money!! miserable workers! I watched her ruin a family’s mood by belittling them over fresh fries. would NOT recommend. oh yeah, and this was the general manager.. who then continued to fall security all because I asked for ranch.. blows my mind. wish the best of luck for them.

Was looking around the food court for what I wanted and I saw Burger King but as I walked by the general manger Alejandra was walking around with her mask off picking fries out of the bin that they serve to guests, so I paused, walked away and came back because I saw someone else order. As I approached she stood far away from the register and I held up my phone and just said “hi, I have a coupon code” and she just ignored me and didn’t come up to the register so she could take another bite of her sandwich, as she comes up to me I go “hi sorry are you open?” And she rudely replies “uh yeah, looks like it” and laughs at me, it was extremely uncomfortable. She took my order, which included nuggets, fries, and a whopper, and at the end I asked for a ranch and sweet and sour. When I got my food and walked away I dropped one of the sauces on the ground so I had to throw it out, I walked back over and politely explained “hi sorry I dropped my sauce on the ground could I just have another ranch please?” And she relied “no” and I paused to see if she’d say anything else but she didn’t and started walking away so I said “but I got nuggets I thought they come with sauce?” And she points at the sign on the window and goes “two or it’s 25 cents for more” and I replied with “oh I know I’m sorry I just dropped mine so I couldn’t use it, could I please have another one?” And she rudely goes “no you can’t it’s 25 cents I don’t care” so I said “why are you being so disrespectful to me?” And she says “I didn’t do anything I don’t care do you want the sauce or not?” And I said “well yes please I dropped it I wasn’t able to even use it” and she laughs at me and goes “so give me 25 cents”..as the situation progressed she got more and more hostile and aggressive and started raising her voice at me, all over a single ranch. I am appalled. If she was professional and respectful about it, I wouldn’t even be writing this review right now. I called corporate because of the belligerent disrespect and she made my whole experience incredibly uncomfortable as she was making everyone in the food court look my way, and then tried to call security on me when I came back over with a quarter for the sauce, because I didn’t mind paying, it was the fact that she was rude about it. I even tipped in their tip jar they had set up in front of the register. I just don’t understand how the general manager of a store is allowed to treat customers this way. I will not be coming back.

I was not overly impressed. We ordered a drink, nuggets and a sandwich that came to nearly 25.00. I know it's mall rent is a lot but there's no way the average person can spend that kind of money on lunch in the food court day in and day out. Staff was in no hurry to get the order out to us either.

I took my son yesterday to the mall, I begged my child to go shopping with me. He then asked if we could stop by Burger King on the way out. I said yes! When we got in line my son order his food when two women came into line and order food not wearing their mask properly. My son got scared as he has Ashma extremely bad and needs nebulizers during the day. The girls noticed he was uncomfortable and proceeded to cough and kept doing it whilewalkingcloserto my son... I can't believe Burger King served them after doing this to a twelve year old boy... My son didn't even want to go in the first place because he's scared of catching covid this experience didn't help!! Shame on you BK I'm also making a full complaint to the Board of Health too. SATURDAY 6PM I have video proof.

The girl who works almost every day, does an excellent job, I was there on the days when she is busy and she always finishes quickly with the line, and I don't have to wait long, and she always with her good manners and smile (the smile you can't see because of the mask) but you can see her good attitude. excellent experience thanks

I like to come to this place, Alejandra the general manager is very friendly, she is always willing to help me with my order, she is very fast even though she is alone, I did not have to wait for my food, always fresh food, and a very clean place. Thank you!!!
