Absolutely love the staff at this Tim Hortons! They're fast and always go above and beyond. Special shoutout to Suda and Flora! Their ability to develop strong relationships with their customers beyond the transactions is truly remarkable and doesn't go unnoticed. Looking forward to my next visit here and seeing them again! Keep up the amazing work!

I received fantastic customer service at this location. I am by far a regular at this location, however, this week I had been there daily. I received the wrong order on Wednesday and when I went through the drive thru again on Thursday, she recognized me from the day before and asked if I received the wrong order the day before and then she apologized and rectified the mix up with out me even mentioning it! I’m not one to ever complain, but when I see someone go above and beyond to help their customers, I can’t let that go un noticed !! Thanks for the great customer service!!!

Update: the management hasn't given me anything, but my drive through service I've recieved day after day has improved my opinion of this location. My morning routine coffee has been made day after day with consistency. I'm much happier than I was before especially now that they let me know when something is unavailable instead of just switching food on me. Original: Made a complaint and was assured the manager would reach out to me, been nearly 2 weeks with no contact. They swapped my sandwich for another with different contents and made no mention of the switch, croissant for English muffin, sausage for bacon. On other occasions they switch your drink, somehow managing to give tea instead of coffee. Get it together please.
