Dunkin'

My favorite dunkin donuts. They always get my ice coffee with 21 shots of skim perfect. They have the best customer service. I will not go to the one in Mattapoisett by the bay club even though I am close most of the time because they are so rude and usually get my order wrong.. keep smiling marion staff because you make all of us smile when we come to ur drive-thru.. thank you Diana Skidmore

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts regularly for the past few years but today 10/13/21 will most likely be my last time going there all over a penny and a rude and ignorant employee named Shelly. All the money I have spent at this Dunkin Donuts throughout the years and because I was short a penny ordering my usual 2 egg and cheese wraps Shelly gave me a mean and dirty look and made insensitive and disrespectful remarks at me plus she tossed the bag and I will positively not except that kind of treatment and abuse ever. I filed a complaint with Dunkin Donuts headquarters regarding this matter. I hope to hear back from them soon and they take immediate action with this employee. She has no right to be nasty and degrading and shouldn't be working with the public with that kind of attitude and behavior toward customers. And like I said because I was short a penny but she really showed her true colors. Shame on Shelly.

Waited at the counter for ten minutes within it being addressed while three women worked the drive through, I watched four cars be served. I left without getting anything because after brief acknowledgement and all three making direct eye contact, no one was available to serve me in a timely manner. If it had been slammed I would have totally understood but as the only person in the store and only having three at the drive through this wait was unacceptable
