Brewhouse

As the British would say, “this was a most unpleasant experience” on 4/9/22 at about 2-3pm. We order an app of Mozzarella sticks which were brought with no utensils, napkins, or plates. But whatever no problem right? They got my friends order wrong, and forgot to put the sauce on sandwich so it was very very dry. They tried to make up for it by bringing out my sauce and 2 extra pieces of fish. The two pieces were frozen in the middle! And I had to come inside after 10 minutes to get my thousand island dressing because she said “oh I was gonna bring it out with the fish” Absolutely awful service. The only waitress they had was only interested in her cell phone, and coming every 30 minutes. I was forced to go ask for my thousand island, which made an unnecessary scene, and the bartender lady gave me a weird look when I asked it. I get it… you are understaffed, but it was only us and one other group. Everyone else was drinking beer inside, so that’s not an excuse. You get more “stares” then you do “service” I am definitely not coming back.

By far the best brewery/pub in the Monterey area. And it is not even close. I have been getting beer here to give as thank you presents for a few years. Everyone loves them. The beer is excellent and they have a wide variety. Lately, we have been stopping in for a late drink and app. The food is very good. The beer is delicious. My wife had a cider and it was excellent! Oh, and the service always comes with good conversation and a smile!
