Wendy's

Awful! We ordered on the app. I don't recommend it for this location because they don't know how to handle it. When you get there they act like they don't even know what ordering on the app means. When they do figure it out they make you pull up to the curb. However that option isn't available for this location on the app. We waited at least 15 minutes. We were supposed to have three drinks but some how ended up with four but they didn't bother to bring a drink tray. And we got 8 straws lol. We only have two drink places in the car. We told them this but they didn't care just kept throwing bags at us. My husband told them the fries were cold. They didn't care and didn't take them back and get us more like they are supposed to. They just said sorry and left. Got home and had all kinds of food we didn't order. And no sauce for nuggets that we ordered. Which this place is bad about doing. We think they do it to save money. We like Wendy's because it's close but it will be a long time before I ever want to go back. I definitely won't be using the app which I should be able to use to get my rewards but it's not worth it. Very disappointed. Pay your employees better so they care a bit more about their job instead of just slinging food at your customers and not caring.

Just went through 10 minutes ago and ordered food for my family and me I ordered the hot honey spicy chicken sandwich combo with the new pink sunburst lemonade my gf order a single burger and a spicy chicken combo got to window and after they handed us food we checked and was missing a sandwich to which the manager at the window swore up and down she put in the bag it was in there it's wasnt so she caught an attitude with us over r sandwich not being in the bag got home and my drinks the mango pineapple lemonade and they just gave me a piece of spicy chicken on a bun not even typed with bacon Nothing called in to get my ordered fix got hung up on and they took the phone off the hook to appear busy experience I've had with this store to date

Disappointed. Ordered four sandwiches for my family on the way home from work and they were only half cooked. Management told me that wasn't possible, I said I agree since they are suppose to be cooked on a time grill. Then "manager Austin" said actually we have been having a problem with our grill all day and couldn't find anyone to come fix it, I'm so sorry. Clearly the "manager Austin" hasn't heard of food born illness. I started to feed my children these sandwhiches before I saw that they were pink! I have been going to this Wendy's for years and would typically give a 5star for service and friendliness. But disappointed with tonights service and the manager working!
