Very busy location and good customer service. Good fresh coffee and good choices of donuts. However, my wife wanted an old fashioned cake donut and they didn't have it.

I came to Dunkin with my friends a few times. The food is great, but the employees do not care about what customers do in the store. There were high schoolers vaping and doing skateboard tricks in the store and the employees didn’t stop to say anything or kick them out. They were also jumping on chairs and over tables. The employees saw them and didn’t care. I think this is very unacceptable as people are trying to eat in a peaceful environment.

While my order was correct and quickly prepared, it wasn't good. The donuts seemed like they were stale and old, the toasted bagel was black on the inside from being burnt and my sons pancakes were chewy at best.

I came with my friends and I had to repeat my order multiple times while the store was quiet. Also there were kids vaping and doing kickflips on their skateboard in the store, they were also jumping on chairs and over tables and the employees did nothing about it. Not to mention there is a middle school where kids walk to Dunkin and sixth graders who do not need this kind of influence.

I order a triple shot espresso almost everyday at this location and i received one today, and there was a small tiny amount, I only had one inside clearly. So I called and explained and they said the measurements were changed??

Love it, but you have to go early for better selection.

So I say I want a breakfast combo then you go and charge me everything separately to make my ticket more. Yes I got a large iced coffee but I told the little boy with the millennial mullet I wanted a combo. You told me $6.66 at the first stop then it's $7.71
At the window? Come on now! Getting stars because the food is still good but don't have him lie to me when I asked why my ticket went up and he says its because the coffee when I heard your manager tell you to add the hash browns!

This location is TERRIBLE. if you expect to be in and out of the drive thru in under 20 mins with your actual correct order, go somewhere else. Everyone here is rude too.
