Wendy's

The fries were good and the nuggets tasted really weird but overall the service was good. The drive-through wait was around 20 minutes even late at night which was a bit ridiculous. There was also one employee looking at his phone the entire time that I was at the window while another employee did the jobs of two people at once, which was sad to see.

This place has been getting worse and worse by the day Today we stopped for fries and frosty. Their ordering speaker has been broken for months and the guy trying to take the order didn’t seem to understand what I was saying ( he brings in anther worker to take my order) and I can hear them laughing ( which is very rude) and it took more than 20 minutes for us to get to the second window to pay and confirm the order then another maybe 10-15 minutes at the pick up window where a young lady comes and repeat the order to confirm and I say yes she cleans the window and went on preparing other orders while looking at us and making faces and laughing in a very rude way and then a young guy hands me the two frosty cups without saying a word and closes the window Another ( older guy who was sweeping at the time ) opens the window and ask what I was waiting for and I told him I am waiting on my fires and I need to speak to a manager and he claims that he is the manager and I explained to him that the lady was being very rude he apologized and said that she need to apologize but instead she brings my order and and calls me pitch I was very upset and I asked for a manager and a blonde hair lady comes to the window and ask what I needed so I told her that her employee just called me pitch in front of my daughters and instead of apologizing she tells me that I was giving her dirty looks and I even was giving the manager her self dirty looks I explained to her that her employee was laughing and making faces at me while waiting for my order so she goes like oh ok I will talk to her I have been a regular customer at this place since 2012 but never there again

I went to wendy's for lunch. I ordered 3 bigy bag lunches the line for drive threw was all around the building. THE WORKERS WERE WORKING HARD FILLING ORDERS .their were 8 people waiting to be waited on their was a hole table filled with on line orders. Bye the time I recived my food it was cold not a good experience my stomach feels cold. The dining area was dirty tables not clean. The stress the workers seems very bad. You need bigger working area more people and less orders other people were complaining how long it takes to get waited on. The on line people orders were not ready or didn't go threw on line ordering. My food was cold and was not good as expected I have used wendy's alot but I think twice now. THE WOKERS AGAIN WERE WORKING HARD TO FILL ORDERS.

Will not be going to this Wendy’s location again. They are very unprofessional. Went inside at first they did not pay anyone inside the restaurant attention. Another employee had to let the front desk employee know that 8 people were in line. I decided to switch to the drive thru which was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made (I should’ve just went home). After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru they incorrectly made my order. Don’t go to this location unless you want to spend half an hour

Everytime I order from this place, may it be take out or a delivery App., this store always seems to get my order wrong in one way or another. It's very RARE that this store gets my order right. I like wendy's food, but how can an establishment mess up an order 3-4 times in a row. At some point, the leadership needs to take accountability for the mistakes or the management needs to be switched out!
