Taco Bell

This is a "supreme" taco apparently. The shell was stale. I also was given a "crunchwrap" that I didn't order that consisted of very odd looking and tasting "beef" and "lettuce" barely wrapped with a dry, soft, bland tortilla that was not cooked or "crunchy" whatosever. It was disgusting. Additionally, I would like to know why the beef in my "crunchwrap" was a completely different shade, taste, and texture than the beef in the tacos. It tasted like someone's leftovers.

It is just a Taco Bell. Fast, cheap food. Heads up everyone! During this pandemic, I saw 2 people inside that did not have their face properly covered. 😵 😷Food preparers should have an added level awareness of safety. There are days I wish I was a health inspector.😷 They also got my order wrong but didn't notice until I got home.

Horrible experience! Needs to work on customer service and listening skills of what customers are ordering. I had to go thru the drive thru twice and they still didn’t get my order correct. TACO 101 when a customer says just meat nothing else that means don’t be a smart *** and put less meat with extra sour cream cheese and tomato’s then meat lettuce and cheese. I don’t even work in food industry and I would know a difference. If you don’t like your job just leave.

I went inside and saw new ordering kiosks. Cool, right? WRONG. I ordered the new giant nachos box with EXTRA chicken and wanted jalapenos on the side. That was not an option on the kiosk but the very nice cashier went to the back and told them that. As I was paying the outrageous amount of $17, a person from the back came running out yelling "no! We don't do that!" The cashier was just as stunned as I was the one yelling said "we don't have that here". The cashier gave me back my money and I went to order something else. Lo and behold, they called my name. They gave me 2 personal pizza sized boxes, charged me $17 and I left. Neither box had extra chicken, the one box literally had 1 piece and the other had 3. I'm talking about an inch sized piece. We felt cheated to say the least and I will not be coming back.

This is my 2nd time at this location and they are so rude. You wanna chalk it up to people having a bad day because everyone has one but at this point ... no. Here we are in the drive thru... again.. because they told us to pull around front and wait for our food. 10 mins passes and nothing so we go back through the drive thru since indoor is still closed and they have attitudes. Nobody was rude to them so there's no need for that. If you're short staffed just communciate that. We get to the window.. we explained we had already ordered and was told to pull around. The same guy who took our order by the way.. was confused and said it the order wasnt available for something weird and offered us an alternative. Someone else said oh here's the order. .like get it together. All that for some fast food. If you're in a rush move on..its not fast at this place
