We don’t get to Marble Falls much and like to eat at Panda Express. Not sure what is happening lately but was here a month ago and drive thru was closed. We had to go in to order to-go. Today we stopped about 12:30 pm to find the drive thru once again closed AND a sign that said “Cash Only.” Fortunately we had cash today and planned to eat inside. Regardless of the inconveniences, the staff has been polite, dining room clean and all menu choices available. I would only say today that the fried rice really had no flavor. Will we eat here again? Probably. We will just assume that this is their new normal for this location.

Mariah is not profecional at all is real rude real disrespectful mona like manager is not profecional at all she disrespectful with me and she dont want to give me my money back i came here to eat not for be arguments with me and asking stupid questions corporate or somebody have to make a action fast as quick rice is not wel done meet also food real cold pictures talk by them selves mona is real disrespectful with us like customers we came to visit texas and that is tha way the treat people they come from other states tham know i understand why is empty and no people come in to this panda and also asking me questions that is nothing with tha situation is going on i will not recommend this panda i will not recommend for nothing in this world....

So I was at this location around 6 months ago. Worst Panda Express I have ever been to. Food and customer service were both disgusting to say the least. One of my favorite fast food go to places is Panda Express and I frequent approximately once a week. So while on a trip to Marble Falls I figured I would take my family somewhere I knew wouldn't let us down...... wrong!!!. Worst experience ever. Employees working at the time didn't seem to want to be there and gave us an attitude. The food tasted dry and flavorless. Even my favorite entrees were just nasty. Well never ever come back to this location when I'm in the area.

I really want to give a higher review but the service was lacking!
The counter was much more concerned about the time on the drive threw clock than the customers standing in front of them. They even said so. I told them I understand the clock but when the customer is standing in front of you you take care of them. I waited 20 minutes for my order meanwhile my wife finished her dinner before I got mine. Note: Take care of the person standing right in front of you!!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I come in and am greeted by an employee yelling across the room that the lobby is closed. I ask if I can order my food and leave, I’m under the impression that the lobby is a seating area. She just repeats by yelling “the lobby is closed” multiple time without answering my question. Also… there were about 6 people sitting in the lobby eating their food. Learn how to treat customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

First time at a Panda Express. Very friendly crew there in Marble Falls. The place was clean and inviting to dine in. The Chow Mein noodles were not what I would expect, but the 2 main course dishes were good. All in all, I'd go back again and try some of their other dishes.

They are really trying to do their best without a card reader and not able to make change because of shortages on coins and bills! But Mr Westley was very apologetic and the food was good! Especially with all the food price escalation our nation is experiencing! Thanks

The lobby is closed because no one wants a job, and for the morning shift there is a maximum of 4 people who are working the entire store, often most of them working the back of the building and kitchens, leaving only one to two people to work the entirety of the customer support portion of the job
And cry all you want that when they close at 9:00 and are beggining to run out of stuff at 8:00 they won't make more for you, because if they did they would make an entire new batch of food, only to have 4 people get it and forced to throw the rest of it out. Huge waste. Grow up and deal with it
For everyone complaining, think if you were one of those people, a high-school student working 20+ hours a week and covering multiple spots that should be filled by other people. They are doing their best with what tools they are given. So no, they will not open the lobby until they can accurately staff it for proper customer care, and no, they will not let you in, because the majority of the resources are diverted to making sure drivethru is fast and acceptable. No one answers the phones because they are broken, and the AC doesn't work in the building. They have to rotate between cooking, prepping, cleaning, stakcing and storing food from the truck that comes in at either 6am, or midnight, on top of which there is a shortage so no matter what the company requests to order the shipping company doesn't send it because there are none to ship. So no, you will not have your honey sesame cb until the shipping company actually has the ingredients to ship
