Taco Bell

I think there should be a little more care put into the job. Everything I got wasn’t made with care. Thrown together sloppily. Some Items weren’t even made correctly. I was very specific and clear with my order as I understand communication through the speaker can be misinterpreted. Instead of getting Cinnabons I got 2 things of nachos. The cheesey fiesta potato’s we’re loaded with nacho cheese no sour. It shows how little the people at this store care. Not only that but the employees were outside took a whole 10 minutes to take my order. The girl told me there was no nacho cheese?? Sounds like laziness. And then proceeded to go look for some. Also online says open til 12 and they close at 10:30. Will never go here. I came off rude to the manager wasn’t my intention but I think anybody would be as frustrated as I am if you wasted 40$ and couldn’t eat your food.

I'm honestly surprised this place is even open. I just left this place, the workers were more worried about talking out front and smoking then they were taking our order. One worker said they closed at 10 the other one said they closed at 12pm but then there was a third voice that said were closed, and the only thing they were serving was hard and soft tacos. I ordered tacos, sat at the window for 15 minutes, they tossed me my food and walked away. As I was driving away, there was a kid no older than 8 years old sweeping and mopping the lobby while the two workers were back outside smoking. Stay far away from this place, I cant even eat my food because this is how I recieved it. 26$ for 6 tacos.🤬

Got here an hour before closing, and used the drive-thru, waited about 3 minutes, no one answered. Drove to the window, can clearly see workers in the building. Had to decipher what the worker was trying to say (while they used hand and head gestures), since they wouldn’t open the window, advising they were closing in 10 minutes, or possibly closed? Was so confusing and did not get food here.
