Very tasty Subway club....my favorite 😋

The subway staff was so friendly and kind. We spilled lemonade all over the floor and they were very quick to work on cleaning it up without us having to do anything. They got our orders perfect, and were super helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted (and got it really fast!!)

I'm exempt from wearing a mask and said he didnt care and told me to leave. Not sure who raises these kids now a days to be so disrespectful. Wont be returning again

Between Delano and Maple Plain I'm not sure which location is worse. They never know the local specials or deals, and as a result when you visit the store you are forced to order online. When you order online, they can't be bothered to use the correct bread, use the right sauce, or any sauce at all for that matter, or tell you if they're out of these things. It's extremely frustrating to spend money on a service improperly rendered.

Sandwich making quality is really spotty. I was just discriminate against for not wearing a mask I said I have breathing issues. The man started yelling me so I left.

The older lady that works there is HORRIBLE. My pre-teen daughter has a problem speaking up and talking for herself and the older lady didn't even give her a chance. She's rude every time we go in but it's close so sometimes its the last resort. The last couple times of trying to go it was 20 mins before closing and they run to lock the door and turn the light off n dont answer the phone! Should get new management for sure. Disgusted and annoyed!!
