This location is convenient and close to home but the women that works the day shift, I think she is the owner is so rude that I drive out of my way to go to another store. Their used to be a black manager and he was great but now he is gone, I am never shopping at this location again.

I wanted to get some boneless wings but for some reason they're on skewers?? Wasn't sure I wanted them from this location. Seems to be many beggars here too always asking for change. Seriously?

Fast no fuss passed out cold bottled water was pricey was informed will receive free top off of all fluids between oil changes 😃👍

Awful owner, she's got a get money complex that comes off horribly to the public. Somebody needs to address her and her nasty disposition. Don't franchise have some kinda oversight committee for the brand?

Rude cashier/owner! I was yelled at & told you don't have money you can't come here no more in front of other customers. For whatever reason she said my card not going through but the machine on my end kept saying approved remove card. I tried 3x on 3rd try I said I'm not trying again because I not comfortable with you saying not clearing & the machine telling me approved. So I guess she got mad I didn't buy it. As I was getting my little one's to leave she started yelling.... I lefted pisted off & went to McDonald's with no problem. Smh! Will get my super donuts from another 7-eleven not on LIBBY in Maple hts. Can honestly say never had a problem before with card or store. But um that was totally uncalled for & very unprofessional.
