Subway

My husband went in to order a few sandwiches for us and there was only one person working. This worker asked my husband if he can just pick the same vegetables for all the sandwiches because he had things to do in the back and he had to help the customer behind him. Why have one worker and secondly why ask something so inconsiderate and stupid. Being the nice guy that my husband is he agreed to help this worker out. What does the customer behind us have to do with anything and the amount of work you have to do have anything to do with us? Clearly we didn’t tip.

SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. Waiting over 25 minutes to get waited on, 1 young kid working no management on site. l felt for the kid, he seemed to be working his 1st shift alone. Taking customer orders, making sandwiches and handling all internet orders. Poor kid was overwhelmed. Not sure what's wrong with the management at this location, but if your store is short staffed it's your responsibility to get in to the store and fill in for any staff shortages. Any person who manages a fast food business should think about their employees and the frustration they feel when they are .left alone to deal with a dinner rush. That said, the bread was really under baked, but smelled burnt. Not sure I will be coming back to this location.

Absolutely horrible experience!! The girl with blonde hair working today was extremely rude, and even after she made the sandwich, she had to make a under her breath remark. When I responded, she acted all surprised like it was all my fault. The issue is the franchise owner does not care at all how bad the service is and how bad the employees treat customers. Look at all the negative reviews here. Not a single reply from management. Sad.

Sadly this location has not only gone down hill, it has simply jumped off of the cliff when it comes to overall satisfaction. Their employees have NO discretion or filter when it comes to speaking badly about the other employees. Mainly not showing up for their shift or being late. Keep that to yourselves. One employee was yelling from the back to the poor girl up front because she couldn't hear him over the loud, explicit rap that was blasting over the speakers. She asked him multiple times to turn it off, he simply replied with, "why? It's good music." She apologized to me because it was so obnoxious. Take that trash to Brooklyn Park or North Minneapolis. Kudos to the girl that was working the front that understood that the type and volume of the music was unacceptable and at least attempted to have the other guy working turn it off. It almost seems as there is no management who is able to put their foot down and correct the issues that are occurring.

Subway is a nice restaurant. Get the Spicy Italian combo sandwich meal! They are the best. I think their foot-long Italian Sub is phenomenal. Restrooms work & there is helpful & sensible staff that isn’t too intrusive or creepy. Definitely get a different car to access the location, though - it is sort of tucked away in a strip mall. Need calories! Working some overtime at the factory 🏭. Friends from out of state are in town at the moment as well. Target factory guy is bothered & anxious again...oh boy

This sandwich looks so bad I couldn't tell if I was supposed to eat it or if it was already eaten. The African lady literally tossed everything on my sandwich like she was one of those painters that dip a brush in paint and slap it on a paint stand. I understand you want to be fast. But I was the only one there ordering and I wasn't at all in a rush. Yes I uploaded this picture to snapchat. That's why it's captioned. The only thing I kept telling myself is "it doesn't matter, it'll taste good" which surprisingly it did. So the taste saved it from a lower rating. But Jesus Christ I nearly threw up looking at it.
