Five Guys

We brought kids here since they heard about it and wanted to try it out. My kids enjoyed the hot dogs and burgers. My bacon burger was OK. A little pricey IMO. They gave us plenty of fries. Service was fast and friendly. We didn't have to wait too long for our big order. I gave it a 4 star review because the interior is a little tight and the outside tables were just GROSS!

I really enjoy 5 Guys food, but this experience has really changed my impression at this location. I walked into the restaurant full of smoke. There were a couple of people waiting for their food. When I stepped up to order, I felt my feet stick to the floor. I took a quick glance, the floor was not clean. There were 3 employees talking behind the counter. The young man stepped up to take my order with no greeting, no emotion. His indifference was even more evident when I paid for the meal, and he handed me my change without a thank you or acknowledgement. He just handed me the receipt, and didn't even give me a cup for my drink. One guy in front of me received his order, while another waited. All three employees stood behind the counter and just talked. One of the two females was looking at her phone, but our food orders were not being attended to. Another guy in front of me finally got his small order while they continued talking, not even at the grill. I waited for 10 minutes for one hamburger; 9 mins were watching them just talk. I finally received my burger but had to ask for my drink cup. I walked to the garbage can to throw something away, and it was so full I could barely fit my garbage. Yet the three just kept talking. They could have cleaned, cooked, prepped, but rather, left me with a poor impression. It's too bad because I like 5 Guys. Prices are high, but the experience will keep me away from this location. Too bad...

This was an epic fail, Worst place ever. Spent $65 for garbage food tonight. All three burgers were missing bacon. Mine also missing lettuce and tomato. Tasted like i was eating chalk. Two bites and it went into garbage. My husbands was all cheese and onions. He said he tasted nothing else but the onion and cheese. Frys were so so soggy and cold. Needless to say, $65 spent on 3 meals, and 3 people people still hungry do to non edible food. Already closed and cant return it for my momey back. What a shame. They use to be good!

Staff was friendly enough and the burgers were alright. Food was freshly made so it took a little longer which was fine. A little bit pricey for what you get but you do get to pick as many toppings as you want (so maybe it's a better bargain if you get more than the standard toppings like me...). My main issue was that I ordered regular fries and my husband ordered the spicy Cajun fries, but all the fries were just kinda dumped in the bag and all the fries co-mingled (which was only a problem because I didn't want spicy fries). Decent burger, of not a little expensive.
