Wingstop

Took over 30 min after pick up time total 1hour and 20 . Under staffed at this manteca location. This is the 2nd time fries were cold and mushy. The guy making them had head phones in . Didn't care to wash when wiping his sweat either. Another worker wiped his nose with the top of his hand couple times. NO ICE . So I got a hot drink . They didn't drain the grease so I had alot of oil greasy mess all on the bottom not worth my time or money . My veggies were dripping in water. Very wet . Not going back to this manteca location

Worst WingStop experience I’ve ever had. Wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an small online order, said it’ll be ready by 11:30, wasn’t ready until 11:45, I understand they could of been busy or understaffed so I let that slide. Then when I go back inside they still didn’t have my fries ready, the cashier was getting ready to package them up but luckily the cook caught her and reminded her that those fries were cold, she dumped them out into a frying basket and fried them for a bit. I didn’t think of it until I started eating them that they were the fries from night before, they were disgusting. I had to remind the cashier about my drinks then when I was ready to leave the restaurant, I asked for some straws but she said they ran out.. I find that incredibly irresponsible for the manger of that shift to have missing utilities for their customers. Especially knowing there’s stores all around that can sell them straws as an temporary fix until they get the Wingstop brand. To top it all off.. the wings weren’t even fully covered in sauce. There was missing patches all over every wing. Never going to that location ever again.

Pretty chill spot. Food always comes out faster than expected. Decent amount of tables. Helpful employees. Remember to always ask if there's a special going on. It's usually cheaper than the menu item you're looking at. My boyfriend and I always get the 30 wings, 3 sauces, fries and drinks when we go, and the 60 cents per boneless wing comes out a couple bucks cheaper. 😁 Right next to Coldstone too. Good spot for a dinner date or something to munch on after a couple drinks with friends.
