Sizzler

Was a great place to have a good meal. Definitely, a little spendy but, pretty average pricing while being on the Biden diet plan. You know, you struggle to eat out anymore and have to walk everywhere (I did drive my electric disability scooter) because you can't afford the gas. At least the food was well cooked and a great atmosphere. Thank you Sizzler.

Not unlike other sons of the 80s, latchkey kids, first generation immigrants. A Sony TV was a substantial part of my life. Between episodes of MacGyver and The A Team, we would watch commercials that were equally enduring. Those Sizzler commercials with the sizzling steak and shrimp were legendary to me. However, as a kid, my parents didn't have a car and we were mostly confined to our neighborhood. The Sizzler eluded me then, and it continued to elude me for years as I evolved, ascended social ladders and hustled to fulfill the opportunities my immigrant parents secured for me through sacrifice, sweat and tears. It took a serendipitous alignment of circumstances for my spouse to agree to it, but today... today a childhood dream has been realized. And Sizzler - you, your sirloin, your shrimp, and your unlimited salad bar did not disappoint.
