If i could give them zero stars i would.I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at subway yesterday, i went in with my family of 3 to get dinner and everything was great until it was time to check out, we got 3 footlong subs and 3 fountain drinks and the total came out to $60. I was in complete shock and wasn’t expecting to pay that much for 3 subs. That completely ruined my experience and probably will not be going back. We got 3 regular subs and feel like it was way overpriced. Also after we payed for 3 fountain drinks we find out that the fountain drink machine was broken and there was no teas available either, so we ended up getting water, and there was no straws or napkins available for the drinks. The store was very messy and there was also nats around the drink area. Very disappointed customer.

Pay no mind to the 5 star reviews, they are all fake. This place sucks and is mis‐managed. Subway Corporate need to intervene ASAP. I know I shouldn't give them more than one chance to redeem themselves, but I come back maybe every 6 month to see if they've fixed the problems, but the same problems persist.
Slow service, crazy high employee turnover, stale bread, empty vegetable trays, same cheap-as$ meat, you name it. Try Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's... you'll be a happier person for it!

I ordered thru the app my order was supposed to be ready at 630pm. When I walk through the door at about 620 I was informed that they had been backed up and my order was not ready if I would mind waiting. I didn't mind so I waited. Then the gentleman says to me they are put of the cheese I requested and if I would like a different choice. I was fine with the option I was offered so I continue to wait for my food. I waited til about 645, not a big deal. Now I ONLY eat one sandwich at Subway and I am very picky because it has to taste right. Even one tiny thing off and it will ruin the whole sandwich for me. Well that's what happened to me today. I get home, pull out my sandwich take a bite and find that it is missing the bacon I requested. I think we'll maybe in the second bite I will find some bacon but alas there was still no bacon. So I open the sandwich to check and I see that my sandwich was made all wrong. No bacon, no black olives, I don't taste any mustard, or any salt like I asked for. Then there was extra ham which I HAYE yes I have it on the sandwich because it completes the flavors for me, but it is not something I will eat a lot of. Just very disappointed in the quality of the food I received, the employees were great, very polite and nice and all of that but I feel like they kinda dropped the ball on this one a little bit

So, we tried to place an order online. At 8:30 pm, the website dumped our order and said they couldn't fulfill pre orders at that time. So we went inside.
We walked in at the same time as two gentlemen did at 8:40. The two workers (one male, one female) fulfilled the orders of the two men in front of us, BUT when they finished their orders, no one came to take ours. They left us standing there without a word.
In fact, one of them checked the gentleman out while the other started putting everything AWAY and breaking down the counter. Remember, we came in at the SAME TIME. When we mentioned that half the things they'd put away were what we were going to order, he said "oh it's not put away. I can refill it." He had ABSOLUTELY put it away. And when the female behind the counter finished checking them out, she started wandering aimlessly behind the counter instead of attending to us. Neither of them treated us as customers or evem like we were there! Nobody bothered to take our orders or even mentioned that they had decided they were done, despite us still being inside. Our order would have been decent money and we always leave tips when we go.
Will NEVER return here.
