HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, there was only 2 cars! Once I got to the window, employees were on their phones so that explained what was more important instead of customer service. The food was downright not edible and potentially unsafe! Ordered the#10 blt which is the Bo's chicken sandwich plus bacon lettuce tomato. There was more breading than chicken! It literally filed the box! Chicken was about the size of a chicken strip. The breading was raw still on one side of the chicken so I didn't even eat it because I didn't know if it was safe to eat! Raw chicken can kill you fyi! Lettuce was wilted horribly bad, bacon was just a few rumbles. As for the mayo, pickles, and tomato...can't tell ya because I didn't even get any! Fried were flimsy, full of grease, and cold.

I ordered a 20 piece dinner. With mashed potatoes gravy green beans and coleslaw and a half gallon of tea. Pull up to the window and paid for the order it was $41 and some change. I waited for a while and the girl come up and said the tea wasn't ready I would have to wait and the mashed potatoes were ready. So I paid full price for items that I didn't get. They need to work better at getting things ready before people coming to order. Or I should have been told that they were out of this items. Before I ordered it.

Just went out of our way to get some of our favorite chicken while traveling from N.Carolina to Florida...it was absolutely terrible! We split a 4pc Supremes & a large Sweetpea tea. The meal was cold,like it was from yesterday. There was only 12 fries that were equally awful. The Sweet tea was far from sweet...Very Disappointed.

this is more than likely the last time i will be going to this store. i have had bad experiences with fast food and i have worked in the industry as well so i know its not an easy job at times. however, i have been to this location about 6 or 7 times now, far in between visits, and absolutely every single time i have gone to this store my order is either wrong or incomplete. today marked the end of my association with this store. i always place a very simple order : 12 pcs. family meal. cole slaw , mashed potatoes, mac and cheese. not a hard thing to remember (its on the menu). yet i seam to always have an issue with the order, this time the cole slaw wasn't there. last time the biscuits were not in the box. other times they didn't give us all the chicken we ordered . mashed potatoes were cold. i can understand there being an issue here and there but every single time we have an issue with this store. the sad thing is we were the only ones in the drive through there was no rush for this mistake to happen this last time. 2004 Paxville Hwy, Manning, SC 29102 . this store is officially off my list of places to eat.

This place was just horrible, line was out the door ,several people including myself orders were not correct. I ordered a chicken sandwich ( specifically said no biscuit), she rang up biscuit anyway ,i had to tell her several times A SANDWICH, not a biscuit and had to wait 15 minutes for a oil soaked piece of chicken on a bun ( no Lettace or tomato, or mayo) . It was awful
