Hardee's

Hardee's isn't my favorite fast food place, but when I occasionally eat here, I find the food to be just fine. It's always pretty much what I expect it to be. Today, I was very impressed at the friendliness of the staff. We ordered a Frisco Burger, and the employee was very apologetic that they were out of swiss cheese and asked if they could substitute another kind. Of course it wasn't a big deal, but they were so polite about it. That's the kind of thing that makes or breaks a restaurant for me. I enjoyed their fries!

been about 4 times usually takes 15 minutes with zero customers in drive through to get food. Every single time is a let down. it'd be better if you got fresh food every single time. but waiting that long and you can tell the fries are way old and food isn't hot like it was just made. more like they made it then let it sit for 5 minutes just for fun.

Asked for an original thick burger and got some kind of double burger with bacon and cheese. I hate bacon.. This is the second time they messed up my order. Seems like the manager of this establishment needs to go over the menu with its staff. At least they got my cherry coke right. That in itself earns a star. Way to go guys.
