Hooligans

Was greeted and helped right away, but as soon as a large group was seated. No refills were brought, appetizers put in were at 20 minutes and still not out so we canceled them. Bartender claimed, “Big group was getting prioritized”. Terrible answer, had to also go up to request all 4 tabs and the bartender who helped us stopped to serve food to the large group before grabbing our tabs. I get good service, but provide to the entire building, everyone is willing to tip for good service not just large groups. Especially if the waitresses are leaning against the walls near the kitchen.

The food, especially the burgers, is/delicious! BUT Tonight I ordered take out for my family. I ordered 3 "Hooli Burgers to go. I love the Au Jus with it and knew my family would too. I got home and THERE WAS NO AU JUS! We live 10 miles away. If closer, I would have gone back to Hooligans to get the fan-freaking-tastic brothy Au Jus. Again, love the food, great service too. I was disappointed the Au Jus was forgotten. Dang it.
