Mcdonald's

First & last time going to this McDonald's. The only reason we chose mcdonalds because it was the only place open in the area. We had just gotten back to the hotel from a wedding so we were pretty hungry. The line was super long which I completely understand (probably short staffed like every where, it was after midnight, 3 weddings in town and the fair) but in no way does a busy night give any excuse for undercooked burger. I get you can eat undercooked burger but when I get it from fast food I'd like it to be fully cooked like it always is. I didn't see it was undercooked until the last couple bites

Threw the whole $30 order away. Even the nuggets. The order was wrong. The fries were cold and stale. Sizes were wrong. When I worked in fast food you couldn't catch me dead giving away this type of service. The staff was RUDE. Especially the old woman in the window. I hope you don't pay them over $10 because they definitely are not worth anything over ☺️ I'm not one to complain about food, but today I am because it's that bad. I'd call to complain but the lady was so rude I'm honestly afraid of her. Do better. Everything tasted stale and old. 0/5

I am thoroughly disappointed and you lack of teamwork. This store has The lady who was taking our order was super nice but when we pulled up to the window there was a girl that was absolutely raising hell. I believe her name was Stephanie but she was absolutely rude to her. On top of that the food wasn't very good either, but something needs to be done about the rudeness that I saw in that store. If you're going to work in customer service, at least be good at it please

Getting McDonald's is like taking to an Alzheimer's patient; you never know what you're gonna get. This chain is no different. One of the three things in my order was correct this last time, so at least they're not completely inept. Either way, it's like playing a food version of spin the wheel. Every single time. But if you go in with very low expectations you won't be disappointed too much, at least you get some sort of food item.

Food, good. Drive through, painfully slow. 2 lanes to order that merge to one window. The gal taking orders and money walked away from the money window, appeared 1 min later, plugged her phone charger into the wall, then her phone, then opened the window to take our cash. Took her almost 2 mins to make change, which she did as she took the next order and rolled her eyes at the person ordering as if she was annoyed with their request. Food pickup window was prompt and ready when we got there, a full 5 mins after our order was put in. Sat in line total of 20 mins for one McNugget meal.

Ordered lunch and they forgot to bring our drinks, rude kid employee argued & flat out denied that we ordered them, made us prove it with our receipt before giving us our drinks. Also, out of an item we ordered but instead of notifying us or subbing something different, they just left it out of the order. Disappointing

I thought they just had a bad day the first time we went there but this McDonald's is by far the worst I have ever been too and that is saying something as I travel every week for work for the last several decades. Food was cold, not cool it was ice cold we got shakes and cones as well as the meals and everything was horrible besides the food being ice cold the shakes were like water and the cones were not much better. The photos should say it all. The shakes whip is even completely melted. I complained and the employee said well call someone and complain then. Not hey sorry let me fix your food that is uneatable that you just wasted $48 on. Again The Worst McDonald's in America Today hands down.
