Rancid tasting chips and cinnamon twists! On my family's last visit, food was good so we came back. This time was terrible! First, they advertise Mango Whip Freezes yet they don't have them. Then they were out of Baja Blast. The food today was the breaker for us. We got parked because they said they dropped the cheese chulupa. Got the rest of our food and the nacho chips and cinnamon twists were rancid tasting. We told the crew member who didn't seem to care and just brushed it off. I can't decide if it's old oil or what. We didn't eat any of our items that were fried. The cheese roll-up tortillas looked like they made too many and put them in the fridge and then just reheated them. Our kiddo wouldn't even touch it. Most of our food, minus what we were parked for, was cold. We're betting we will have a date with Charmin later! Gross. 🤢 Being completely honest, the only decent thing was the water, cherry Pepsi and sauce packets. Really disappointed.

This place is an absolute joke. 9/10 times they are not even open but nothing posted telling you otherwise. My most recent visit the lights and menu were on and I was excited they were finally open. The car ahead of me sat at the intercom for about 10 minutes before they drove off, which really confused me as to what was going on. Finally it was my turn and I realized what was going on . . . I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes with no one saying a single word to me. I figured the speaker was broken so drove up to the window to let someone know. There were people standing in there on their phones LITERALLY IGNORING EVERYONE! I even knocked on the window and they would not look up. It was very clear no one wanted to work. This place will clearly go under paying employees to work without taking any money in.

Me and my boyfriend saw that there were people inside so we went to drive through only to wait there for someone. We waited a good amount of time before deciding to drive off. When we pulled past the parking lot we saw all the workers sitting in their cars smoking. They saw us drive past and decided to go back inside. All I wanted was a crunch wrap. This is about the 3rd time that them sitting in their cars during the availability hours has happened where I've seen it. Terrible employees.

Terrible!!! Used to be so good. Soggy tacos, asked for 2 bean burritos,besides the tacos, wouldn't add meat like had done for us b4. Asked for no lettuce on tacos, they put it on anyway, and I kid you not, some of the tacos were actually soggy!! Couldn't eat them. Very disappointing.Guess we need a Taco Johns!!!!

By far the most disgusting and disrespectful manger I've ever seen run a restaurant, I know it's fast food don't expect 5 star but to make his employees make a 70 dollar order then deny my money because they didn't have change is not only disrespectful to costumers but also employees may others as I waited for my order were wrong and people constantly saying I'm missing this and that Brian the manger told me I had to drive to a gas station to get exact change or my order was cancelled because I didn't have Apple pay! This Brian guy is very rude to his employees throwing commands and just slopping orders together with gross dirty hands Mind u they didn't have 30 dollars in change just before rush hour by far the worst tocobell I've ever been t. No wonder people don't wanna work with disrespectful bosses like Brian!
