They made a mistake on my dine in order(added cheese to my personal pan pizza when I asked for none.). The waitress avoided coming to our table to refill drinks or offer any kind of service. Everyone else in my group was finished eating and I had not even gotten my food yet. They refused to give any kind of discount and were not apologetic. Mistakes happen, but it was poorly handled.

Westloop Pizza Hut, one of the best Pizza Huts around in a 25 mile radius. I live in a town nearby Manhattan and there's a Pizza Hut here in the town, but I travel the distance to Westloop Pizza Hut for my food. Even on a snowy day. The food is always great (I am sad the chocolate dunkers are no longer on the menu) and the customer service is always friendly, especially over the phone.
If a problem occurs with my food order, the staff and managers are reasonable and polite in fixing the issue. They are attentive and show concern to customers when dealing with a problem.
I love the fact that this restaurant is on a corner and the dinning area has a nice view from the windows. Overall, a great restaurant, friendly envuiment, awesome people, and the wings are good.

I called in to get my semster celebreation pizza and was helped by Miss Bella! She was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. I wish there was a way to tip those who answer the phone. GREAT. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. Looking forward to my food!!

I like good ol pan crust (original) pizza. Most of the buffet was thin crust. There was a stent of time when there wasn't any pizza out. I do understand it is hard to keep up with a hungry lunch crowd.

I feel it's a bit over priced. They rush you, take forever to get a refill, and very slow at bringing out new pizza's. Over all if you got a little bit of time and low expectations come on down.

It was good, fast, waitress was good. We got a good deal that they were having, so the price to feed 7 was less than $50, which is pretty amazing, honestly.
