never in my life have I had gravy leftover with my chips. really good portions and value for money!!!! really good chips and gravy!!! lovely staff!!!

Clean place with friendly service. Chips were average (I think maybe they need to buy slightly better potatoes and work on getting them a little crisper on the outside), but the fish was excellent with a superbly crispy, tasty batter. Worth a visit.

What a very good meal.i saw previous recommendations and finally tried the place.the meat and potato pie,chips and mushy peas were spot on and reasonably priced for the city centre.the place is clean and the staff are friendly with a fast service.located just off Piccadilly gardens so within walking distance of the shops and public transport.i plan to go back again.

I really enjoyed eating here while staying in Manchester m. The food was delicious, the staff were extra friendly, and the eating area was very well kept.

Strangely, the place don't serve only fish, but a variety of fast food, ranging from breakfast to kebab, without forgetting for fish and chip's.
However, the food was good and the service is quick. But the staff can definitely use be a little more friendliness haha

Nice place to eat fast food if you don't want to cook at home. It's at the city centre and they always have food ready and warm so you don't wait.

I love this place. Gosh danged delicious, every time. Hands down the best fish and chips in town, so far as I know. Fried chicken also is excellent. It's not quite a romantic venue but for takeaway it's pretty much infallible.

While I've not tried every Fish & Chips place in Manchester I can guarantee you that I am so happy with the service, and the quality of the food, that this will be my regular for years to come.
Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile and friendly service. Even when I am served by a new face they always seem to have their own happy demeanour about them.
The chips are always perfectly done so that they are neither too crisp or soft, giving a very genuine and pleasant feel and taste to them. The fish is always good quality and well prepared.
If I could only eat at one takeaway then this would be my choice.
