Pumps are slow... Clerks are rude... Manager is rude... Seals on pumps are constantly broken or falling off. Not enough space in the parking lot. Parking lot has several pot holes. Room inside isn't enough to perform reasonable social distancing, even though everywhere is demanding it. Prices are always $0.10 - $0.15 higher than even the most expensive place just up the road in city limits. Drivers coming off of Purcell Rd cut thru the parking lot all the time to beat the traffic light on the corner, and constantly almost cause wrecks. The parking lot exit onto Purcell Rd is the most idiotic. You cannot turn left onto Purcell Rd, and you cannot make a U-Turn at the light, so you're forced to wait to turn right at the light, merge left a lane, go to the next turn-off about 0.25 mile up the road, make the U-Turn, then come back to Dumfries and Purcell, and wait for the light to make the left onto Purcell again........ This whole location is screwed up... The only good thing about the place is that it's always stocked with what you want... Good luck getting in there alive though...

The reason for two stars instead of one is for the few associates that understand the concept of good customer service. The remaining either are not practicing it or have not been trained to do so. If they have been trained then the next step is accountability. I have frequently visited this 7-eleven based on its location. I have encountered consistently poor customer service, rudeness, inappropriate jokes and/or statements, and unfriendly and unprofessional attitudes. The associates do not greet upon arrival but instead stare at the entrance. Some of the newer associates don't speak to you at all or don't fully comprehend what it is being said. Beyond this, I think it is appropriate for management to conduct staff meetings to discuss expectations if that is not already happening. Lastly, it is imperative that all staff be trained on how to deal with customers with both intellectual and physical disabilities. The workplace is not the environment for you to voice your opinions about customers that do not reflect yourself. As a former manager, I expected all staff to adhere to company policy and treat every guest with a positive experience regardless of their attitude, race, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, etc.

I was trying to see if the owner would donate a cardboard deadpool cutout display for (Life With Cancer) and F-Cancer Deadpool campaign. Never ever go to this 7-11, the guy behind the counter was rude, i walked in and he just stared at me, didnt say hello or anything, then i was waitin for him to get me a hot dog and he acknowledge that i waa waiting, gave him a few more seconds and still nothing soo i walked out and slammed the door. customer service was very poor, and food was old and stale. NEVER EVER GO THERE FR YALL.

Beware buying from this 7-11. A couple weeks ago I bought a fruit container that was expired for over a week. I went and bought another and all the fruit was expired by over a week. I also notice some of the sandwiches were expired as well. Beware this 7-11 sells expired food products.
