Mcdonald's

The cashier was so sweet, the lady who brought our food to the table was kind and the food was piping hot, and the manager walked around and asked how everything was!! such a great experience at this location!! Never ever had this kind of service at any fast food restaurant or any other McD’s I’ve ever been to!! The employees should be commended for such great service!!!

I usually only do the drive thru and it all those cases it works out okay. The wait usually isn't too long and the order is accurate. Today I went in, surprised by kiosks. The one of the right was already out of order. Placed my order to stay and it wanted a table number?- am I supposed to leave my order to find a table with a number on it, I didn't see a stack of table triangles near the kiosk. I tried to change my decision to a 'to go' order but couldn't do that.. next thing I know it was an error and now two machines out of service. However our order did go through and it was ready in a few minutes.

I absolutely love the staff here. I'm a regular, as I work near by. Many people remember me and they are super friendly and sweet. I wish I could remember more of their names, I've asked multiple times and always forget. But they always remember my name! I get so excited when I see one of the many employees I'm friendly with. Always a pleasant experience! The names of my favorite employees there were Celeste, Phillip, Hector, and I think Mariah and Elisa? (I'm gonna ask them their names when I see them and correct it, those are the names I always forget but they're super cool and nice:)

This McDonald’s is aesthetically 10/10. The bathrooms are clean and the staff are definitely kind, quick and helpful. The reason I’m knocking off a star is the lack of dollar menu items!! This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to in NY that doesn’t offer any size soda or 4 piece nuggets for $1. Not sure why that is, but this location definitely have the cheap prices one has come to expect from this fast food chain.
