Wondered to see a rice bowl served cold as ice! The 2nd and 3rd stars are for falafel (hot) and to be surprised by seeing restaurant serving with silverware (spoons, fork etc)! Would like to visit again if they start serving food hot! Free parking available at this location. You can even enjoy view though

Honestly I'm not hating on this particular store but rather the company as a whole. I did see online that there were vegan options so I'm thinking I've got no issues and we're good to go. Maybe this is my fault and I should have done better, but when I arrived I see the menu and it just shows creating your own entrée (salad, bowl, etc.). I just ordered a bowl that thought would be fine. The things I ordered like the protein, base and sauce were fine, but the other half of the food given to me I couldn't even eat. Was rather disappointing. The food I could eat wasn't bad, but not really worth the price in my opinion. Again, this store isn't what I have the issue with but more the company itself and how it markets itself. Would not be back, but if you do enjoy Mediterranean food and aren't vegan, this would be a nice fast food option for it and I think that's the market for this. I was not the target audience, but that's okay!

I was here for the first time and arrived 10 minutes before the posted opening time and the door was unlocked. I walked in and asked to wash my hands since I was early and the gentleman behind the counter (later identified as Scott) offered to take my order right away! Scott coached me through the menu and wound up doing something semi-custom. I greatly appreciated his patience and menu knowledge. Well done.

We went to the restaurant last night around 5:30. We wanted a basic meal and were told that it would take at least 30 minutes to get the food. We did not have the time to wait and mildly complained sine there were only 4 people in the restaurant and the staff were talking on cell phones in the kitchen. We then told we were welcome to leave the way we came in. We were not abusive but the buffoon at the cash register certainly was to us.
