Rudest people I have ever dealt with and I work in customer service!!!... Will not go to any Taco Bell owned by this franchisee. I would give 0 stars... But not an option... Side note... Don't expect to receive what you ordered...I realize reading your own restaurant's items is difficult (sarcasm)... But getting what you ordered would be nice .. And NOT getting such rude service when you call the restaurant to let them know would be nice too... AVOID the Malta Taco Bell... You'll just end up getting sick from the food (if you even get what you ordered) and/or the employees... I'm all for a minimum wage increase... But you have to deserve it...not just get it.

Taco Bell and KFC? Great combo.
During my most recent trip it sounded like a zoo in the kitchen. Everyone yelling at eachother, some woman singing over the top of the ruckus in Spanish.

I’ve been sitting at the drive thru since 845 and it’s now 9:14. I ordered one taco and one side of potatoes online. Whoever is working right now needs serious help. Or you should go back to closing at 8 pm. This is absolutely a horrid waste of my time. I could have made all of this start to finish at home by now. I’m still waiting at the window for my online order as I type this review. Going on 30 minutes. What the heck guys?

KFC side: 15 minute wait, ordered crispy straps & got thin finger things. Wanted their famous potato wedges, they had plain greasy fries, so I asked for just 2 biscuits as a side to my chicken & a medium iced tea, cost for 3 fingers, 2 biscuits & tea? $14!!!! Wtff?
The food was good but super expensive for the little I got, kid portion or something. They also brought my order out & left it sitting over 5 minutes until I went up & asked if it was mine, several more minutes later they told ME to check the box. What if it wasn't my food tho??? But it was, very disappointed.
The drive in line was 20 deep. Apparently they also sell chicken tacos, kind of wish I'd tried those, more filling probably than what I got.

Ordered door dash later in night so I understand things can be a little lower but if that’s so something should be communicated my whole order was wrong. Got no drink with my combo, no taco, didn’t get the steak chalupa was given something like a chicken gordilla, and a 5 layer beef burrito and was given chicken not beef. Seems only thing they cared to use was chicken and not communicate at all

I tried to get food. The drive through line doesn't move. Inside the staff ignores customers. I walked out after waiting. In 5 minutes zero orders were taken and there was a line. If you depended on this place for food you would starve to death. Fire every current employee and get some employees that actually do their job.

Ordered a Mexican pizza to try for the first time. There was literally no sauce on it (which is the whole point of the Mexican pizza), the cheese wasn’t melted, and it wasn’t cut. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this Taco Bell but it’ll certainly be the last. Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, seems like something is always wrong and is ridiculously slow.

Very disappointed after today's visit. Cashier at the druve thru mumbled so quietly that we could not understand him. He did not get any louder after being told several times that we could not hear him. Fries were literally cold to the touch—not just not hot, but COLD as if not even under a heat light.
The first two things I dismissed because neither of those issues were too bad, but I also ordered two toasted cheddar chalupas and they were burned so badly they were inedible. They were rock hard and crumbled into dust when bitten into. I understand accidents happen, but these were very visibly burned. It would have been nearly impossible for whoever served me to not have noticed, so that tells me they just didn't feel like remaking them and hoped we wouldn't notice until we left. Which is exactly what happened. The mistake was not discovered until I got home, so there was no opportunity to ask for them to be remade without packing the kids back in the car and driving all the way back.
With the combination of these things, I feel like the money I spent was not respected with the quality of this food and service.
