Subway

By far the worst subway I've been to... Went in tonight and the girl who made my sub didn't even cut my footlong sub in half, didn't provide serviette, didn't even say "thanks or a simple have a good night" and to top it off pretty much left the sub on the counter and made me grab it myself! Absolutely appalling

This store is a franchise and they proceed to run their store differently to others. They say that basically because the owner has said he won't be following the promotions that "subway" offer, that they're not available because of limited numbers. So it's not on offer, it's the luck of the draw for customers and when the owner decides to offer promotions.

This branch has the worst customer service. Asked for a grilled schnitzel wrap. Schnitzel was cold from the inside and did not grill even after we told the girl to grill it. Kept sighing every time we told her what vegetables to add. She did not wrap it properly and nearly half the veggies were out of the wrap when we opened it.

Went yesterday to buy water. Girl in black with brownish hair ignored me for two minutes, busy typing on the computer/till and checking her phone. It was a joke I walked out and left the water bottle there. Other sandwich artist working with her was fine. I wonder how it is working with her and also she’s a bad asset to the company if shes giving terrible service or in my case, no service.

It looks the staff have instructions to save on salads, they are putting the absolute minimum in bread roles. I usually buy Veggie delight with no avo and it is always the same experience. You would think that they would put a decent amount of all salads in a bread roll, as it is only a salad roll that I buy, but no, cucumbers are cut so thin that they are almost transparent, and they put a few of them in a foot long bread....what a joke. Also they charge you for avocado even when not used, when I questioned the price the red haired girl said The prices have increased... Customer is never right in this store...Avoid them if you want a decent meal.
