We ordered truffle sausage pizza 3/5 taste is ok but very very few sausages. Carbonara 1/5 lacks taste, egg yolk not runny, bacon not Crispy, and food was not warm. Dynamite 2/5 has no chili con Carne and no cheese. Amaretto sour 2/5 too sweet. Definitely needs improvement. Lacks servers also, it was the guard who was entertaining us. Plus star for the manong guard.

Came in with the 4-star expectation, left feeling Torched because food was sad. :( The torch burger's patty had the old beef aftertaste. Breading of fish from fish and chips wasn't crispy, and fish was soggy inside. Hopefully they work on making their food better. :(

I love the shrimp popcorn! The volcano roll was really tasty, too. My friend and I visited lunchtime on a weekday so it was only 2 or 3 tables filled. Servers/waitress was attentive. Good food although nothing too remarkble for me and the price point is on the expensive side.

Sunday grubin’ with the family at Torch. The food here is okay. Although nothing really stands out for me, I’m satisfied with the food I’ve tried. The Pot Roast is total American comfort food and reminds me of the ones of tried while living In the states. The service was good and would check up once in awhile. Brought my balikbayan cousins from Canada here last month to have cocktails. However, we were very disappointed with the slow service, considering the restaurant is not full during our visit. Also, we used Zomato Gold for the 2+2 drinks but the server said that the total of 4 drinks should only be 1 type of drink. It is also my first time to avail the promo on drinks so I don’t have any comparison. However, saw in the review section that other customers availed diff drinks. Also, heard from my friends that in other restau, they can avail 2 types of drinks :(

3.5 out of 5. This is an ideal family restaurant given its extensive menu, perhaps even a little too much in terms of offerings that it makes you wonder if they even have any particular specialty. I ordered their US Angus tenderloin salpicao medallion, which for less than 600 php was quite a steal given its size. However, the taste was just alright for me.

[3.85] We love them for their excellent customer service and their non-complicated way of entertaining Zomato Gold members. We availed the 2 + 2 Drink: that's 2 bottles of Duvel Beer + 2 Glasses pf their Cookies and Cream Milkshake which was a steal, of course---this is considering that we stayed here for several hours to do some work. Oh, and most of the tables have outlets nearby. If there was anything to improve on, it would be for their milkshake: it should be ice cream-based instead of ice-based.

We tried Zomato Gold 2+2 here yesterday. I didn’t know they offered a lot of drinks. I was supposed to go for a coffee or tea but I saw at the menu that they also serve shakes. We got 2 Duvels and 2 cookies and cream shake. This is a good place for hanging out or chilling with friends. I love how their couch is super comfy, it’s really soft and relaxing to seat at. Might go back to try their food next time :)

One thing that always draws me in to this place is their Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Dined here with college friends and decided to order a meat platter, some steak, and their very own Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. The platter was sufficient for 6 people and had the variety of meat you can expect. There’s pork, chicken, beef, and fish. All of which were cooked well. Nothing too spectacular to the taste but again cooked well. The pizza, as always, was my favorite. It was thin crust and had a generous serving of meat. Very flavourful and had the right amount of kick. It was also huge enough to share with everyone. Definitely a must buy! The steak was tender and served in a heated marble tablet so you can opt to eat it as medium rare or well done. By the way, they serve some salted pasta sticks (I don’t know what they are called, lol) while you wait for your food so kudos to that! Will come back here again, that’s for sure.

I don't know what has happened to Torch but it's not the same anymore. First of all, their service SUCKS. Not only did we have to call the attention of the waiters multiple times, but they never seemed to listen to our requests--we asked them to remove the salsa, yet they didn't. Second, they took so long to make our drinks. Why did it take them 30 minutes to make a single Negroni? Plus, one of them didn't even know what a Negroni was! The third problem is the food. I've ordered their bottomless nachos before and it was really good for the price. But after ordering it last night, the chips tasted like they came from an old bag and the salsa was obviously made from a can of whole peeled tomatoes. The cooks didn't even bother to properly crush the tomatoes! It was bland, watery, and plain inedible. Yup, Torch, for some reason, now has crappy food and bad service. What gives? :(

The food was just alright and somewhat they have an overwhelming & confusing (at least for me) menu. Though I must admit that I'm drawn to that unlimited (bottomless) nachos (who wouldn't right? :)). We opted for their group platter which comes with back ribs (tender but I'm missing some flavour on it), deep fried battered fish (somewhat on the dry side), chicken wings and one with pineapple (these are good), corn, and steak on a heated stone (Main star on the platter). Pizza are good though I find the serving quite small. The restaurant was noisy, I think they should do something about their acoustics though I must commend them for turning the volume of the music down when we requested.

I've eaten at Torch for about 2-3 years now, so I'm sure about my opinions about them. Food = 4: Since I've been eating here for years, I have my favorites: Buffalo Asian wings (4), cream cheese salmon roll (4), volcano roll (4), torch's signature roll (4), salpicao medallion (5), seabass in garlic miso (5), beef short plate (4). So far, I have never been dissatisfied with any of my orders. I also have a new favorite: The gyu cubes. It's so good. I would not recommend the bbq chicken pizza. Although it says it's for kids, I dont think your kids will like this. Staff = 3: They dont have a lot of staff so trying to get their attention can be quite tedious. Cleanliness = 4: Acceptable level of cleanliness. Price = 3: It's a bit expensive. In comparison to other restaurants in GB, it may be average, but if you're on a budget, dont eat here. I tend to choose Torch when all the other restaurants I want to eat is full, so it's a safe back-up if you just want good food at a relatively acceptable price.

Had lunch recently. I was expecting a nice food but it turned out bad. Salmon and the vegetables were not fresh. You could tell that it was frozen for days. We also had their brazo de mercedes. The server mentioned that it was their bestseller. I recommend not to order this dessert again. It was served straight from the fridge. I think it was also overpriced. The only good dish we had was the steak.

Have ordered their bbq chicken pizza and kabuki noritaco. Both were good and yummy. The flat bread pizza was smoky bbq. You'd keep on getting a slice it was that good. The kabuki noritaco was interesting and surprisingly good. Instead of a taco shell they did a twist and did a noritaco. A piece is quite pricey though but it was really really good. Love it.

Went here for dinner with fam. the place was not so crowded but their service was slow. it was past 8pm already, pizza and salad no longer available, maybe because it's holy wednesday. food arrived one by one. we couldn't eat altogether. we were already HANGRY. after about 15mins, waiter told us that one of our orders is already sold out, so we had to wait for another 15mins for the new order. we also ordered carbonara, but the other table's order, which happened to be carbonara as well, arrived first than ours, mind they arrived in the resto way later than us. very disappointed with this branch. Only a decent restaurant, but appreciate their breakfast menu that is available all day, including for dinner. VERY BAD SERVICE. We ate here on March 3 with our cousins and it was a bad dining experience. My husband reserved for an 8pm dinner for 15 pax in their somewhat private area and he spoke with a server in person that day who confirmed his reservation. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if her name's Jane but nevertheless I'm sure the restaurant staff could remember our group as we had complained about certain things. So we get there about 10 minutes before 8pm to find out that the reservation won't be given since it was a Friday night and the restaurant was full. We weren't pleased to hear about it but since 6 of our cousins were already seated so we asked that we were given the table next to our cousins just to be able to be seated right next to each other. We started ordering and saw their Salmon Poke Bowl in the menu and knew they also had Quinoa since my cousins ordered their Tofu Quinoa Salad so I asked that they please replace the rice in the Salmon Poke Bowl and I was told by the sarver "AY BAWAL PO" to which I asked why and I was told, "AY KASI MAS MAHAL PO YUNG QUINOA " Initially she didn't have an explanation but kept telling me that it was not allowed to replace the rice with quinoa so I asked that she please get me an explanation until she told me that she was told that the quinoa was more expensive so replacing the rice wasn't an option. I didn't want the rice so I asked to be charged for the quinoa and I thought that it will be done right away but it took around 15 minutes for them to find out how much will I be charged for the switch from rice to quinoa but never mind that, I told them to just go on and have it made. Our other cousins in our table order those Noriacos, Soup and Salad while my husband ordered Seafood Panizza. Of course knowing that a Poke Bowl doesn't involve cooking, 15 minutes after I ordered, I was already following up where I was told that it wasn't available so I waited on some more. Finally, they already served the Seafood Panizza of my husband and I still didn't have my poke bowl so I started to complain about the wait time for my order and the manager said it's a new item on the menu and their kitchen staff is not used to assembling it yet which I tried to understand. I think I waited around 30 minutes in total for my order and thankfully I wasn't so hungry as I've eaten light snack before dinner so despite the looooong wait, I still had some patience then. My order arrived with the quinoa not mixed in but it was still okay as it wasn't that difficult to do that. My other cousins also ordered something else but had asked to cancel a few items from their orders due to the serving time but later on they still had to take the order as it was delivered to our table despite being asked to cancel. My cousins still took the order because it seemed like they didn't have a choice. When it was time for us to bill out, the whole group had to ask to split the bill so that led to more and more waiting for the bill. We followed up so many times for it and it took use over 30 minutes then. My husband already complained because we've there's been enough waiting and so as our cousins. The food was nothing to write home about. All the rest were just okay. It's our first time eating here and definitely not doing it again because of this entire experience.

Love Torch EXCEPT for the last time I ate here. We got the Lion set. Surprised and disappointed at the breaded pork because it was it 90% breading and 10% pork. I kid you not. What's worse about this is this breaded pork is about 30% of the platter. It's about and inch thick with only 3mm thinly sliced meat with 50% fat. Also dont offer meal sets when you dont have alternatives. SUPER SAD TORCH. SUPER DISAPPOINTING.

After watching a play in Greenbelt, the first showing of the international renowned play, Silent Sky, we scrambled to look for a place for a late night dinner. We ended up here in Torch, a restaurant that serves primarily steak, pizza, and sushi. The menu is quite extensive, making them a go-to place if you have no craving whatsoever or wanting to have a number of dishes. I was with my girlfriend's family, and we shared a simple, delicious and filling meal together. Since we had dinner previously, we only settled for cheesy and thinly prepared Margherita Pizza, uniquely made Bacon Maki with cream cheese and our choice of drinks. I had a lightly flavored, in season, Strawberry Shake. I look forward to another visit here when we are in the area. There are a lot more worth indulging in as I browsed in the menu.

- Bacon roll They purposely made the bacon not to be crisp so it can blend well with the softness of the sticky rice and the other ingredients. The cream chease was great. Good portion for the price. 8/10 - Volcano roll This sushi has a mild kick tolerable utmost for most of the people. Good portion of the bits of the tempura. The rice waa still moist even though they went thru the oven. I don’t know what the sauce name but it was darn good and to top it off with a melted mozzarella is just the icing on the cake. Quite pricey for dish though. 9/10 - Jabanero Baby Back Ribs Almost same taste as other restos serving ribs quite sweet not much tangyness but its alright. Other restos might serve there ribs a bit flaky that may end up some small meats in your teeth but not this one! The meat was moist and pulls apart easily. Good portion but quite pricey. 8/10 - Salpicao medallion Excellent job by the waiter telling us that is standard that they served it Med Rare cause they are serve on marble with fire at the bottom. The meat was tender can cut it with a spoon almost. Gravy was like any other gravy here that serves steak. A bit pricey but justifiable. 8/10 - Crispy fried spaghetti Deep fried spaghetti deep fried and seasoned with salt and might be the most addicting thing they ever gave ( complementary ). Hats off to Jem and Aldrin excellent service Value for money - 8/10 Reccomendable - 9/10 Will i comeback - 9/10

Burger Mac N' Cheese tastes normal. Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta has an interesting bitter taste. Margherita Flat Bread is definitely a must-try. But what I love about this place is their unli serving of baked pasta strings (dunno how it's called). Definitely addictive! Overall, an okay experience for me. Staff can be inattentive at times especially when you are seated outside.

As a sushi lover, I had to try their Cream Cheese Salmon Roll as well as their Bacon Roll (it was my friend who ordered this). Both were delicious and but price could be lower in my opinion. Serving size is great, taste is 4/5, i just wish they put more salmon and bacon since those were the main flavors I was looking forward to. Overall, it's a nice place to dine at with your friends especially cause they have unli wine hehe! Good service and ambience too.

The staff and the service were terrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for the food to arrive then another 30 min for the bill. I even had to follow-up on the bill 3 times and their staff didn't care at all. I literally cried in frustration! I used to enjoy the food in here. Now, I'll always be reminded of their horrid service wherever I'll see #Torch.

The quality of the food here is the same on their branch in Trinoma. The only difference is the space and the service. Their service is good its just that their staff here is very few which cannot cover or assist all of their customers. I will surely comeback here but not during dinner or lunch time as it is surely jam packed.

So my friend lost a bet and had to treat me to dinner, so I chose Torch. I had always seen it around but only recently got to try it. I was highly amused by the variety of cuisines they offered. It was a shallow dream come true when I realized that I'd be able to eat pizza alongside sushi in the same establishment. Service-wise, it was not that busy when we had dinner there but the staff were very attentive and cleared out empty dishes right away which I appreciate. Food-wise, we ordered the following: White Truffle Sausage pizza (P449.95) The smell of truffle oil never fails to make my stomach grumble and this pizza had a generous drizzle of it. The crust was nice and crispy, not too thin nor thick. I liked that it was piping hot when it arrived. Cream Cheese Salmon Roll (P339.95) I thought we were going to get umay with how many creamy-type dishes there were going to be, but the wasabi and soy sauce perfectly cut through that. Vongole Pasta in Garlic Olive Oil (P354.95) This dish was rather forgetful but did it's job as the third dish that was meant to break our dairy-related orders. Over-all, I was stuffed at the end of the meal but was very much happy with the quality and taste of the food. (Or maybe because it was free! Haha.) I am giving Torch a 4.0 for my experience and look forward to coming back again to eat more pizza with sushi.

Torch has always been a staple for me and my family when it comes to cuisines with an asian fusion touch. I will base this review on my first few visits in this establishment. My sister recommended torch to me because of their wide array of asian food items with a mix of western selection as well which makes it so refreshing. The food that we ordered were one kind of pasta (which i forgot) a steak panizza, cream cheese salmon roll and salpicao. The panizza tastes delicious, honestly it was my first time trying one so I have no basis for comparison that time but still.. its still taste good. When it comes to the salmon roll, the experience really levelled up. The roll gives you so many flavors that it brings your mouth a into a culinary explosion. It taste like an authentic japanese roll with the good hint lf crean cheese which is a very good combination. For our finale its the salpicao, youll be amazed at their creativity in plating. The food arrived in a small granite slab grill. The meat was so tender and flavorful which sealed my experience with nothing but great flavors. All in all torch is a must try but i recommend you to try something new every visit because they have so much i their menu.

The first time I ate at Torch was to celebrate my birthday a few years back. I still remember how delicious their pizza was, but it took me quite a while to return. Well, the prices were not student-friendly, but now that I’ve joined the workforce, I’m definitely visiting this place more often. Try their Salmon Cream Cheese Rolls. This was really delicious and gorgeous. At P340, you get 8 pieces of rolls. They say rolls should be judged with the rice and the rice was perfect. It was sticky, soft and tasty. The salmon adds the freshness, the cream cheese elevates the flavors. It comes with bonito flakes, japanese mayo and unagi sauce which we can just consider as bonuses. Other must haves are their volcano rolls, steak panizza and gambas pizza.

I had gone with my mom and aunt for a late lunch. I saw this place to me more on the fast food side. The staff were quick to give us a table of our choosing. The utensils are quite old, tables and plates are chipped. Makes sense why it’s targeted more towards the younger crowd for its price and style. The staff are relatively young and attentive. However, a few details for a better service could be to watch the tables better. It’s okay to talk between colleagues as long as you’re looking over your customers. It’s just a pet peeve, but don’t drag your feet or slide when you walk anywhere, it’s annoying.

Best cooked roll, we always come here for their rolls. Aside from their amazing rolls, we came and ordered some food that we haven’t tried yet. First was their tempura ramen. The broth was good, somewhat the same as other ramens on the same price range, but the noodles, not so good. It tasted like it wasn’t cooked well, it was a bit doughy unlike ramens from other stores which are hard. Next was the steak fondue, good steak, and good sauces. Noob tip, if you are like me who has only seen fondue on tv, don’t use the fondue sticks(not sure of the correct term) for eating, use it only for cooking, as it might hit your face or lips and you might get burned. 😅

Torch serves all day breakfast! But not daily! We all got the beef tapa with garlic rice and sunny side up egg. You can choose to change the garlic to plain and sunny side up to scrambled. When I saw the plate, I thought the tapa served was too little. But the flavor was so intense that you would need a spoonful of rice with a small piece of the tapa. Egg was cooked nicely. Got 10% discount for cash transaction because my friend is an alumnus of Xavier School.

Me and my college girlfriends had our cope-up session and decided to try in here. It's good that they have table reservation in zomato otherwise we'll be lining up for dinner at 7:30 p.m. The restaurant is quite full by the time, and we were placed beside the window wall as requested. Food wise: Presentation is nice, we had: (1) Gambas Pizza (2) Appetizer sampler (3) Bacon & Egg Carbonara (4) Torch's Signature Roll. I really loved the pasta, it matches the garlic bread. Also, the Torch's signature roll is recommendable. Gambas Pizza looks pale, but tastes just fine, while for the Appetizer sampler, the buffalo wings tastes old wings served after pre-heated, while all others are fine with us. The staff are attentive too and accommodating. We enjoyed the experience. :)

Interesting to visit a new concept of restaurant and bar with a kind of filipino dishes. Torch serves a many kind of food including western and combined with Japanese and Filipino food..I ordered a mushroom bisque, which was so tasty and delicious. Others, I tried Noritaco Kabuki and Chuka Idaco. Seems that the size was too big and I could even finish one portion. 'Nori' was fried and the ingredients (salmon and vegetables) inside with mayonneise on-top. This make you feel easily full because the fried Nori was a little bit oily. But you can feel the taste of "crispy" when you bite it. Next time, it's better to taste another menu and recommended to come again.

Horrible service. Went here today and the BILL took SO long. Told three different waiters we wanted our bill. We had to follow it up twice. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. The change took just as long. It took so long that we decided to just get up and ask for it at the counter. If this is what your service is like, please close down! We watched the waiters take pictures of other tables and talk with each other instead of process our bill.

Worst torch experience ever. Came there 12:30 pm today to celebrate my bestfriend's birthday. First they don't have the appetizer i want well that's acceptable, no problem. Second they won't even notice us when we call for them. There was a shooting outside so just maybe that was the reason they're not checking us. Even the table besides us lost their patience so they stood up to call for them. Lastly, I was looking forward when they will sing her happy birthday while the candle is lit like in gh branch. But nope. nope. Won't come back. I gave a 2 rating just because of the food. Btw it wasn't a busy time. Have a only a few customers so don't have a reason for not attending to us.

Food is either bland or too salty. Extremely disappointing. Truffle fries don't have any truffle and so becomes a Php 250 order of regular fries with a dip. The sushi rolls are mostly rice. The only positive is their staff.

This restaurant has one of the most eclectic menu selection I have seen -- and they don't even have buffet spreads. The panizza is great and the shoestring breadsticks are addicting. They have good price points for wine, but unliwine weekdays are the best. The servers are attentive despite the busy crowd and restrooms are kept clean. Good price points for most menu items too. The sushi rolls are big and most items are good for sharing.

I've enjoyed Torch for breakfast (Greenhills), I've enjoyed it for lunch (Greenbelt), but sadly disappointed when we had dinner here. First, there was no host when we came in and it was the guard who accommodated us. Second, we were placed at an odd spot. Third, the table next to us had two kids running around our table (and the whole dining area) wildly like mad animals, poking each other with sword balloons that the guard provided. I requested for the server to move us somewhere else, or gently ask the adults with the wild children to "control" their kids. I mean, come on, it's a nice restaurant. > Grilled Chicken Quinoa Salad good dish for protein lover, very filling so make sure you share this with someone if you intend to eat other items from the menu > Torch Signature Roll this was just okay for me; I personally still prefer the Cream Cheese Salmon Roll > Gambas Pizza there's like 2pcs of shrimp and a slice of chili for every slice... not worth it, IMHO > Smoked Chicken Curry this would've been a good dish if not for the burnt after-taste I like Torch and the variety in their menu, but I don't think I'd dine in this Greenbelt outlet anytime soon. I also must mention, it was kinda hot inside... so wear comfy clothes.

I suggested this to my friends because of positive reviews. We ordered the baby back ribs, the volcano roll and the tempura ramen. Everything was tasteful and I highly recommend the volcano roll, however, the rice that they served us was as hard as a baguette bread. That was a turn off but it was replaced, anyway. Service was a bit slow coz my friend called several times to refill his red tea. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back and try the other dishes.

We tried Torch for the first time last Tuesday for dinner, taking into account the rating we had seen. I had dinner with my family as we are celebrating my nephew's birthday. Unfortunately, it did not impress us at all... The restaurant was manageable as per observation seeing there were enough servers to cover the tables yet service was lacking that we had to make a follow up on our orders and requests. There was also a need for the service to have eye for details. They would remove empty bottles to offer another but would ignore used plates. The products ordered (Steak, pizzas, tacos, {and especially!} baked mac and cheese) needs improvement in terms of quality rather than presentation. Due to the experience, I would not recommend it to friends and most likely will not be back.

We had an amazing time @ Torch! We ordered sushi, pasta, dynamite, and gambas pizza! The sushi was amazing! One serving is enough already for one person. The dynamite was my personal favorite! Can't get enough! It's a must try! Their cream sauce matches the dynamites so well! We also ordered pasta, it tasted good. The chicken sides were cooked nice! The gambas pizza was simple. Crust + cheese + marinated shrimp. It was okay. Over all I'd say, amazing experience!!!💛

On our first visit, we ordered their margherita pizza, philly cheesesteak pizza, volcano roll, and spaghetti and meatballs. The philly cheesesteak was a surprise since the steak was tender and full of flavor. Although the margherita had few ingredients what made a distinct flavor was the slic of tomato on top of each pizza slice. Spaghetti and meatballs were too sweet meanwhile the volcano roll was just okay. Second visit was we ordered the usual pizzas and the chicken alfredo. The alfredo was so good we had to order another batch. In terms or service, the waiters and waitresses were responsive enough. Plus points for their bathroom and interior!

I treated my family for dinner here. We tried their truffle pasta, volcano roll, salmon crunch roll and salmon pizza. The volcano roll for me is too cheesy for my palette. I didn't enjoy it because of its umay taste. The truffle pasta is okay. The salmon crunch roll and the salmon pizza are my favorite. Price is reasonable and the ambience is good for chill nights with family or friends. =)

Dined here at Torch twice and I can say I love almost everything I had. Prices are so affordable like a 289 point something for a Pizza. ❤️👍🏻 Pizzas, pastas and sushis was sooo good. We only had an appetizer sampler before with all the deep fried stuff that was way tooo oily! Like you can make a juice out of it. 😵 Moving on, the service was very attentive, prompt and polite. The place can be uncomfortably noisy when it gets packed.
