Jacks Coffee Roaster

Two stars based on coffee. My partner and I were in Marina Mirage today to look for a place for breakfast and chance upon Jack's Coffee Roasters. Being called ' Roasters' and a coffee addict myself I had to try it. I had very high hope since its beans has to be good to open its own cafe. We ordered flat white and mocha to takeaway, very friendly service and very nice setup. Unfortunately after taking the first sip our coffee is almost undrinkable. It tasted watery and bitter. The shots were obviously not extracted properly. It's a real pity since its a house blend. The amount of froth of my partner's flat white is as equivalent as mine when it should be different. Had to throw my coffee away after a few sip, was not worth the $5 ( including holiday surcharge )
