Mcdonald's

I arrived at the Lawnside McDonalds at 12:40 am there were cars around the building, the line seemed to move pretty quick- so I thought- an older gentleman came up to my window saying he was waiting for his order for over an hour. He still did not get it.. he stated the employees were only taking app/grubhub/Uber eats orders & working on them. At 1:15 I gave up, and squeezed between 2 of those flex out to get out of line! They need customer service lessons from Chick-fil-A ⁰

This seems like it could be a nice place but when I got there it was about 9:30 10:00 and they had the door locks and it wasn't nowhere near time for the lobby to lock and a drive-thru was super backed up so one of the employees was on their way out and let me in the other employees inside was very upset because he let me in and I was like oh we got to make sure the door is locked why you locking the door before time some people don't want to sit in a Drive-Thru and wait forever and then the manager I'm guessing she was was extremely rude to the drive-thru customers to everyone I don't know I just know I won't go there around that time anymore because that shift was not a good shift at all.

Drive thru customer service is pretty good, no complaints, if anything most of the employees are really nice, we're cool, I like that. But man what happened? The food, all of it, the whole meal, fries and burger, biscuit sandwich, for over a month now, consistently, don't matter the time of day, NOT HOT. It seriously seems like it has been sitting around. Bummer !

Drive-through, ordered 2 meals and asked for a kids cheeseburger happy meal with no condiments, paid then got to the second window (at this point the line wrapped around the building.)the lady opened the window handed me a bag and two drinks, turns around. Opens the window again and asked can I help you? So I politely say I'm still waiting for a happy meal, she says let me see your recipe.. so I look and realize I only got charged for a burger. And 2 meals, so I go to hand her my card and she said no, you have to drive around . We don't have a register . So she gets her manager after I said the line is long cam you please just pay at this window.. manager comes over and says no you have to go back in line to get that..
