Chicken Express

Ate dinner here and it was very good. Had the tender meal, with half spicy and regular tenders. The spicy tenders are very spicy, so be ready for the bite...They were very fresh, as were the potatoes and gravy. The roll was very fresh. As always the sweet tea is awesome. The young lady helping us was very polite and courteous... Will definitely return to this place of business...

No stars. This place is a wreck.... cashier can't count.. took 30 min for 2 combo meals. Then the chicken pieces were little strains. I wanted my money back they refused. Something wrong with those ppl. The manager was so rude. The young kids were nice. When I went a time before that the fish was cold and hard. Couldn't eat the chicken or fish from this place. They need a new manager for sure. That woman is a piece let me tell u. So much that one young girl was waiting for her to interview and her mother came in and got her. She was like mom I'm gonna interview. The mom says no took her out. They need a whole new work over from employees. That manager for sure. And the cooks can't cook the food worth nothing to eat. And the front can't get orders together. And the cashier can't count. Go find another place to eat.

The girl at the drive thru could not understand what I was saying after the 3rd time I told her then proceeded to tell me their intercom was old and for me to calm down really? Take a lesson from the lady that took your place. She actually wanted to make sure my order was right. You calm down and act like you want to work in customer service.
