Target

I just did an online order at the Warren location and they ended up being out of stock so I switched to Madison heights. Julian from the electronics department was AMAZING. He is the sole reason I am writing this review. If you are buying any electronics, go out of your way to THIS Target. Julian went out of his way and above & beyond to help me & relieve all the stress I had about the purchase.

I was directed to checkout at the returns/online pickup desk, and the young lady that checked us out had a bad attitude and simply drug the experience out unnecessarily. She was so slow that her coworker opened up a register next to her and finished checking out the people behind us before our cashier finished. The best part was that the cashier next to us was rude when she told my wife to move over so that she could open up.

The curb side pickup was an amazing experience because they had my order out quick they were so friendly, nice, and polite. But when I walked in the store to grab an item I forgot to order I overheard the curb side team got yelled at for sitting down and taking a rest because they were tired this wasn’t something I ever expected to hear because the team looked so happy. I love you curb side team don’t let them treat you terribly and not give you appropriate behavior toward you always know your worth.

👋To the manager: You're doing a great job! Your staff is AMAZING! Briana helped me today, and so did your pharmacy professionals. They went above and beyond to offer assistance. Then, there's the gentleman who seems to be working all the time (I know you know who he is) and is always helpful and wearing a smile. These people know what customer service is; what great representatives of the Target brand. 🌟🌟🎯🌟🌟. You have hired enough staff so that lines are not to the back of the store. The store is clean and well stocked. If I walk in with no smile, I absolutely walk out with one because people who work there smile and are genuinely friendly and helpful. This is the consistent extraordinary service I always get when I shop at this location. Bravo 👏👏👏

The cashier name Larrossa shouldn't be dealing with public. For one, she doesn't greet the customers. Two, she dropped my bread on the floor, because she picked it up carelessly while having a side conversation with another male cashier that was standing there when she should be focusing on the customer at hand and handling the items carefully. Then she was trying to bag that smushed bread that she dropped on the dirty floor. I told her don't give me that bread she dropped on the floor. Then , I had to tell the other cashier to go get me another bread. So now I am waiting longer because she was careless and dropped the bread. Throughout everything, she never once apologized for dropping the bread and holding me up. I even reminded her that she should apologize. She still didn't apologize. Finally, after she checked me out, she just handed me the receipt. Didn't say thank you, have a nice day or anything. This girl should be out of the public eye and work in the back or something She failed in so many levels as a cashier and in customer service. She is an embarrassment to target. She represents target and this is not a good look for target. If she keep this kinds of behavior, target will lose customers. Because sure as heck I wouldn't spend my money at a place where they don't even greet the guests and don't apologize for their mess up. Further, her attitude is really bad. Target should retrain her . If she still doesn't straighten up, she needs to be fired. If she can greet the customer and say thank you and say sorry for her mistake, then she has no place in retail.
