Frosty Queen

I Ordered #31 pastrami melt, Hardly any cheese to consider this sandwich a melt. The pastrami is low grade (look at my pic). Will not order that # again. Will I be back, of course it's good burger joint. With all due respect, they need to add a lot more cheese and most importantly buy better quality pastrami. I give 2 stars only for this sandwich

I wish I could rate this establishment -0 #1 The man taking my order was rude #2 the man taking my order had tobacco in his teeth. #3 The food was nasty ,one bite I tossed everything in the trash. And I went to Carl's Jr. That was better than this place. This place used to be a great place to eat, it really needs to close down and a "Triangle Burger " needs to open up there at least it's clean and updated with no tobacco chewing cooks or taking orders .

I would of rated our visit 5 stars but the way they handled our complaint, that automatically brought it down to a 1. They really need to upgrade their speaker system. They decided to argue instead of acknowledging a simple mistake on both of our ends. She heard something else when we ordered and we heard something else when she repeated our order back. They stated that the owner was the one that declined to make it right. Just remember that it’s always easier to lose a customer than to gain a customer. Today you lost one.

For anyone who is thinking of working here DO NOT DO IT. I got hired immediately after my Interview which was a little weird for me because most of the questions were based on asking me if I am able to be on my feet for hours, my availability and hobbies. Thought maybe they were just really short staffed. Workers are nosey and do not know how to train. I was 16 working until 11 PM most of the shifts with no break. I asked to go on my first break when I saw one of the girls going on break during my shift. Manager (YASEEN) is horrible at his job, Enough said. Watching the food being made is disgusting, should be known by now how nasty the restaurant is. I would clean the store most of my shift and find dead roaches near the back by the bathroom or by the tables. Cooks are lazy and weird. Very friendly with the young girls working in front. And they’re like what? 30? Smoking in the kitchen where the food is being made, gross! But the Customers were amazing 😸
