The Red Onion

The food hear is good but they take so unbelievably long. Went for milkshakes a couple days ago not only did it take seriously 20 min to get them with no one being there but when the worker handed them to us it was like a cup of milk couldn't even tell they were supposed to be ice cream. I can't recommend anyone come just because of the service alone

My husband and I are new to Madera and The Red Onion is around the corner from us. We've ordered about 5 times in 3 months. And EVERYTHING we order is great!! And really good portions! I always have left over from we like to put in our air fryer the next day and they are just as fresh as the day we got them! Always nice people and customer service. This is our favorite place to order from. We always do pick up and by the time we get our shoes on. Open our gate and get there. It's ready to go!! So super fats service and great food@ we have tried and shared alot on the menu already! Shout out to The Red Onion for having great food and great service!! ❤

The place was not busy in the drive thru,too long of a wait. I ordered. #2 and a #11, both combos, and went large on both combos. Got to the window to pay 38.05. I ask for a receipt and was told again the printer wasn't working, not the first time they gave no receipt, like three other times. Food was not good.. I will continue my business elsewhere. It's always good to give a receipt to see what you are really charging or over charging. Unreal!! Not even worth the one star!!

This is the first time I have been to this Red Onion in Madera, and the older gentleman that was doing the cooking was absolutely wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure everything is exactly the way I wanted it. He was great and he made my day I will definitely be back and I will definitely tell all my friends about it.

Showed up at 12 on my lunch to get my burger and fries. When I showed up there was no one in the drive thru lane, ordered a burger and fries. Was handed a watered down flat sierra mist to start, waited in line until 12:25 since I had to clock back into work at 12:30. At 12:25 I drove to the front of the store with my drink in hand ready to ask for a refund... when I entered(zero customers) the guy at the register chuckled and thought I had left... instead of asking for a refund, I let the guy know I got to go ive been waiting for 25 minutes... i grabbed my bags and turned my back when he said "it was 22" Instead of an apology or some explanation I got an attitude. Dont come here expecting quick service... I didnt trust my order so i fed it to my dogs.
