Oh man, where can I start? This store has just gone downhill, the fact that they're constantly changing personnel says a lot. We have been coming here for a long time but lately customer service has simply gotten worse. It's probably time to try other ice cream places. Too bad I can't give zero stars!!

Me voy a quejar page mucho por 2 helados y están tristes 😔. I feel like every time I get this, a certain employee their serves me ice cream scoops so small. Ive seen other employees scoop at least 2 or 3 times but this employee only scoops once and i feel like it's too small. I prefer other employees now to scoop my ice cream other than her

I literally just left out of the store @10:08 AM, as I was escorted out by young female employee. I was waiting for a family member to leave Walmart across the street and decided to kill some time by going to grabbing a scoop of Ice Cream. I checked Google before hand and it said they opened at 10:00 AM. I then checked the stores doors to confirm that they in fact did open at 10:00 AM. (SEE PICTURE). I walked in, the door was opened. I noticed the ice cream was still covered. Then a young woman came out of the back and said "Oh we are closed" and she proceeded to lead me back towards the entrance she pulls out her keys and states She states " This door was supposed to be locked". I, in confusion, asked, "Do you not open at 10:00 AM?" She said "NO" as I began to point at the hours on the doors. She seemed confused like maybe she had in fact gotten her hours mixed up. I wanted to ask do you really open at 10 and your just arent ready or...? Anyway the costumer service was poor and the lack of communication was a huge turn off for me to the point that I wouldn't want to come back when they're really "open" and purchase anything. I could understand if Google made a mistake. But the hours are clearly written on the door. Smh.
