Wendy's

Haven't ordered yet......been waiting behind a few other cars. They certainly are living up to their low rating. Hope the food is better than the service....... Oh, well. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The fries were crispy, but not hot and fresh. More like lukewarm and stale. The burger had a bottom bun so hard you could knock on it. Probably been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. Management and crew should be tossed, unfortunately this Wendy's is probably trying to do the best they can with the level of help available in Macon. Truly sad. If only a Chic fil A had been nearby........

The drive thru staff was so rude. She opened the window and said, "There u go" and slammed shut the window. She reopened it to give me the rest of the food and said," There u go " again in such a rude manner. She practically throwed the food to me. I don't understand why managers continue to hire people who clearly do not want to work. 2/22/22 @ 2:20 is when this happened.

Literally the worse Wendy’s in Macon. It’s two minutes from my house and I’ll drive out of my way to avoid going to this one. If they’re not being rude to you, then their being slow as molasses on winters day. I cannot see a reason in todays world why it would take 30 minutes to get from box to window. Do yourself a favor and skip this one; there’s one a couple exits down in Byron or off of Eisenhower that’s much better.

If you are expecting great customer service here. You will be disappointed. The on duty manager spend her time debating what time it is and come up with excuses on them closing 15 minutes earlier than posted. They will let you sit in the drive thru and walk away without letting you know they closed earlier than expected. Do not waste your time with them.

Minus 1 stars!!!! Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Let's start with the first trip thru the drive thru. If u repeated the dam taco salad to me then why wouldn't I expect it to be in the order at the second window? Second window, it seems very unlikely that u have no way to add a salad that is obviously already made in the fridge.. second trip thru drive thru. Second window, handing me a plain salad after the second time I've discussed a taco salad with u is beyond ignorant. While having to knock on the window for utensils to eat it with was what we laughed at most. Now on to the burger. If u enjoy beef jerky. This is definitely the drive thru for u. Both the beef and bacon were extra chewy. And finally. Believe it or not, most Wendy's location's offer a spoon with the frosty. It's kinda something most of us pass by McDonald's for to get to ur store. Do urself a favor and just stop at the next one down the interstate 👋
