Bojangles

This location has gotten orders wrong almost every single time I’ve come here in the past, but I’ve tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. Recently I tried to order chicken supremes in the morning and was told “we’re only doing breakfast at this time.” Now I understand most fast food places are like this, but I have honestly never encountered a Bojangles that refused to do this. Any other location I’ve been to has zero problems making supremes and fries in the morning and has never made it out to be an issue. In fact I thought it was a relatively common request. I’m not going to beg a mediocre Bojangles franchise to take my money, there are several better places in the Macon area.

The food was great, however the employees were overly friendly. The manager said she would make my friends order, but would NOT make mine. I am not sure why, but the grill cook make my sandwich and it was delicious. First time going and definitely the last. Just too ghetto for my taste. The employees not the restaraunt.

Customer Service is horrible even the managers have rude demeanors. My food was cold i waited several minutes for it to come out cold and when i asked about it they had attitudes. I visited the restroom and it was a complete mess like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. The is not a place i would recommend to eat at . I am very disappointed give us the one back from Grey HighWay! I will be calling the hood office .
