The young ladies that worked there are very unprofessional and use vulgar language in front of customers!! The food I ordered was served in a bag full of grease; which seeped onto the seat in my new car - I’m very upset and called corporate! Will not be visiting this location again nor will I recommend this location! As the food was not that great either!! Just a waste of money and time!!

I visited this location on 05/14/22 and not only was the staff arguing but our food was not hot. How do you toast only one slice of bread on the new melt and it comes out cold and the cheese is not melted? If they spent less time arguing and trying to cut corners, I wouldn't have to write this review. Btw they're weren't busy at all. Get it together, gas is too high to drive to any restaurant and have them play with food quality.

The tables were dirty. My daughter asked for something to clean the table off with and the staff didn't provide anything. They were young and rude staff to patrons. There didn't seem to be a manager or leader on duty. There was no running water in the bathroom. It was an aweful and distasteful experience. Food wasn't fresh either.

This has by far got to be the worst BK in Macon, GA! I placed a mobile order and the staff - from cashiers to management - has foul customer service skills and management. It’s as if they feel entitled to demand respect from every customer and can do zero wrongdoing of ANY kind!! I’m done with this place and I advise all Maconians to stay away from this location. The location on Bowman Road is by far the best one in Macon!!

It's a gamble if you go through the drive through for sure. Either you get the extremely nice lady who makes sure you have everything you need orrrr you get the young chick who wishes you were to die right there. The young lady with braids is quite rude and if you ask for anything like idk condiments, she gets very angry and gives you one or none. Other than that the food is pretty good I have no complaints there really. Mainly that one person. Oh also if they ask for you to hold at the pay window just say no and drive forward. They are trying to make it look like they're working when they all get on their phones. Pretty sad honestly.

The whole place is just poorly run. Several times the person working the window has disappeared for 10 minutes or longer. Ordering inside wasn't any better. The counter people couldn't tell what the kitchen was sending out and there was constant confusion. I finally quit going to this location.

I ordered 5 fries and only got 4,
Ordered the sourdough double bacon combo, my bread wasn't toast. Need work on customer service and definitely to get food correct how it supposed to be ordered. Never had this problem from this location til tonight, kind of upset our family night. My kids complain bout their fries beginning cold. $30 spent on my order beginning incorrect.

The young lady working the drive thru with the braids in her hair was totally unprofessional. She has a very nasty attitude. They really need to move her to another location where she does not interact with customers. It is very bad for business.
