Applebee's

This has always been one of the good Applebee’s every now and then I’ve came across something I didn’t like about this location so I stopped eating here. Last night was a life saver, after a longgg day of work and a long night of studying I decided to order through door dash ! Best decision ever! Everything was STILL hot and fresh when it arrived. I ordered the sampler !

I'll never go back! I don't know if it was a nad night or what. They are famous for their baby back ribs. They had somehow been taken out of their system so after waiting a while they come back to tell us we can't get them. I was ready to walk out but my husband wanted to stay. I switched to steak medium well. It came rare. And my husband side was wrong I asked for steak sauce which never came. By the time he got his correct side his food was cold so he decided to bring it home. When they charged my bill and brought the receipt to sign l had been overcharged. Now l have to wait for the first charge to come off my bill. Like l said.... I'll never go back.

Only gave one star to the because I couldn't give any less. Waited 45 minutes for a "25 minute wait" 20 of which was after I got the text saying I was next in line and my table would be ready in a few minutes. Then once seated we waited 10 more minutes for our server to actually get to us. My water was only refilled once. I sat with it empty for the last 15 minutes of me eating my food. I never got the beer I ordered, but it was still on my ticket, so I had to get that fixed. Never got the extra chips I asked for. The server even said "You just didn't get anything you asked for." My steak was supposed to be medium, but it was medium well at best. There was a lot of discrepancies with the check also, but the "manager" argued with me left and right about those so we ended up just paying it. When our food actually was brought to us, we waited at least 5 minutes to get silverware. And many, many things that just make this place a sorry excuse for a restaurant. I understand times are hard right now, but if you're gonna be open, you need to get it together. Applebee's used to be a decent restaurant to visit. I've been maybe 4 times in the past 5 years, and each time I try to go, I remember why I don't go more often. I will never visit again.

This has been the worse place I have been in a long time. We have been traveling for the holidays and stopped in Macon for the night. Decided to eat at this place only to wait 35mins to be seated in a pretty empty restaurant on a Tuesday night. After we were seated, no one brought menus to us or asked if we were had been helped. Waitresses passed by and we were completely ignored ( I might add we are a biracial couple with a child) I asked for drinks and not even at that point we were given menus. After placing an order for drinks, 15 mins later we walked out of the restaurant as no drinks had showed up and still no menus to order food. Meanwhile, waitress continue to pass by attending other customers that did not look as diverse as we are.
