I never go to Krystal because I never have a good experience with either the food or the customer service. On this trip to Krystal, I had a bad experience with both! The lady who took our order was in a very bad mood and very unhelpful. When we got our food, it looked gross. The meat looks questionable. Don’t come here!

Drove here after being fed up with Checkers’ horrible service. Ordered and got to the window only to find that Krystal employees aren’t much better. After leaving out half of my order, we waited longer for the rest of the order to be fulfilled and was gifted with two free upsized drinks only to find that they were disgusting and flat when finally getting home. Fast food and its customer service has drastically declined.

They over charge me by putting something extra on my order so they handed me my card and cash when I told them I didn't get my card back. Then I had ordered 5 reg. Krystal and added one at the window. When I ordered I told them I did not want pick 5 because it cost more than just 5 Kyrstals. They charged me for pick 5 which was 80 cents more. After being told I am tired of you. The manager gave me my 80 cents back. The Krystals were sloppy and had edges to hard to eat. Poor excuse for proper money exchange, customer service and food taste. I love Kyratals so this sucked.

Went to the drive through on Sunday, February 20th at 5:20pm….sat there and no one ever came on speaker. The car in front of us sat there forever and even blew the horn then finally pulled up to the window, after no one helping them. We decided to drive on through and saw a young man in the window just standing inside doing nothing?!?!? Will never stop at this Krystal again.
