Dunkin'

ZERO STARS. I am only posting this so whoever is the district manager/ store manager for this location can address it. This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and the employees are so rude its actually disgusting. This is not the first time I've had an issue here with the disrespectful little girls who they have working the drive through window. We have received food with pieces of plastic attached to it, drinks with black specks all over the ice and now this... We (myself and all of my co workers) will be driving the extra few miles to go to a different DD location after the incredibly rude drive through experience today. ATTN MANAGER: If your staff gives a customer the wrong order and the customer politely returns to ask for what they ordered, it is really standard for them to tell you "Yeah-You can come get another sandwich and you can PAY for it"???? So if I get the wrong order, I am supposed to pay to buy the correct thing I asked for? COMICAL! I've managed multiple retail companies and have also worked in the service industry so I know how unacceptable this is. I would be firing the girls you have working in the drive through today if I were you...

If I could give a negative I would! Very disappointed this morning! I’ve always been a Dunkin’ Donuts fan & had been craving some donut holes. To my surprise, I finally took time to stop & they taste like they are old. Possibly, cooked yesterday. I only got 10 & they ARE NOT FRESH! I tried to call the store, because maybe that’s how they cook them (night before), but no answer. Needless to say, I won’t be going back any time soon. 😩 This was Forsyth Rd., Macon, GA location!

We r literally sitting in the hospital across from them, I see the store out my window. Been up all night with our newborn. I sent my wife with a $50 bill to go get us some coffee. They refused to take my $$. They will not take a $50 bill for payment. I don't understand how my good hard earned money is no good at their store. They can check it with a pen, hold it to the light, etc. It's not counterfeit. So again, when is currency not good as payment. ????

I’ve been to this location several times over the past few years due to working in the area. Every time all employees seem to not know how to do their job and stare insolently at all customers. When the order is finally ready they just throw it on the counter and walk off. Not really sure why the owners continue to hire sub par employees.

Poorly managed. A bit dirty in the dining area. Ordered a coffee when restaurant was empty but had to wait 15 minutes for the cashiers to catch up with each other's dramas before they would bother to make the coffee. I only gave it 3 stars because it has a nice art mural on the wall of the dining area. Stop in and take a photo of that but get your coffee elsewhere.
